  Cheaper spots, but you get what you pay for. The mgmt is absolutely garbage. Communication is inconsistent, they left a bad oven in our kitchen for a week after replacing due to a gas leak. They will harass you if they have issues with your upkeep of the property, but are quiet when you have issues. Cannot recommend. They are incompetent to the point of endangering tenants. edit: not gonna open myself up to more harassment as I still rent from this company. have no problem posting from my main account when I move out.

  This company is horrible. I lived in this place for 11 yrs, they wouldn't let me do the walk through when I moved out. Claimed the owner does them "in the middle of the night ". Docked my $1200 down to $126 for miscellaneous cleaning charges. Im getting a lawyer. They suck you will have nothing but problems. Trust me. Turn around and run.
