  We've lived in Littleton for awhile now, it's a wonderful community! While we were apartment hunting we've came across a lot of pricey apartments that were not updated. We were lucky enough to come across Switchback, My last apartment was also in Littleton We were paying for a two-bedroom apartment that was literally just $200 less than what switchback is asking for a three-bedroom apartment that wasn't renovated nor had central air. I am so glad we stumbled upon switch back not only do we have central air We have a renovated unit and a small quiet community. The staff is amazing! Maintenance goes above and beyond. We've had issues with maintenance men in the past from other companies that would give little communication or wait long periods of time before doing work orders, not only are these work orders getting done in a timely manner it's nice to have a notification on your door that work was being done. Ricky is great with any questions that you have and will try to resolve any issues that you have. The property is well maintained for such a small crew and the neighbors are pleasant! If you were looking for a updated apartment with central air I highly recommend looking into switchback if you would like a good experience.

  Recently took a self guided tour and fell in love with the location and the cute playground for the kids. I’ve been in contact with Ricky over email and he has been extremely responsive and helpful through the process. I’m not looking until next year but just looking around the area for what will suit mine and my family needs and Switchback is most definitely on the top of my list. Thank you, Ricky for the quick email responses and information regarding your apartments.

  I have lived at Switchback on Platte for three years and have progressively seen this complex deteriorate. There are no amenities to speak of but they boast about their amenities. Parking, especially for guests, can be very difficult because there are more cars than spaces. The rents have skyrocketed and maintenance is often slow in responding, Once maintenance comes in, there is no communication as to what has been done in the unit. The grounds are not being kept up and there is rarely a property manager on duty. They took out one of the two laundry rooms and the second is very poorly maintained. They are pushing for their combination washer/dryer unit in each apartment, thereby rendering the only storage space useless for that purpose They are an out of state corporation and don't seem to keep track of what's happening on the property. In conclusion, if you are thinking of moving here, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

  worst experience I've had OFFERED A RENEWAL FOR $2,344.00 AND LISTED ONINE FOR $1,809.00. How unethical can you get? - people are frequently parking in others' reserved because the parking is so inadequate and nobody is available to enforce the issue -they say there is a property manager but there is not - somebody is maybe here 1 day a week and is out of the office with the door locked a portion of that day - there are NO amenities - no patio; no package room; no clubhouse; IF there is a washer dryer, it takes up a room or storage room; etc. - my apartment is not renovated and rent is literally $1 less than a place 2mi away with renovations, full amenities and management to take care of issues

  I live there for a year in a fully remodel unit. Beautiful view and community. The office was always helpful. I love the spacious kitchen, living room, and my walk in closet. The Platte River trail is right there which makes it for beautiful afternoon walks, bike rides, and a quick visit to Hudson Gardens or Breckenridge Brewery. I am only moving out because I got a place on my own. Otherwise, I will stay without hesitation
