- JFJon FyeJul 30, 20261.0The builders did a real bad job of cleaning up their nails and screws after construction. Nails and screws everywhere and I am constantly doing new fod walks in my neighborhood finding more nails and screws just waiting to give us flat tires like has already happened to several people at the new sterling ranch development. Use a magnet and clean your nails and screws up!! Very unprofessional builders.!!! And the prices of all these homes are way overvalued for the cheap and poor rushed construction. We have a sink hole forming in our road already by our townhome.
