  I’ve lived here for a year and some change. This apartment has been a blessing and a curse for me while I’m living here. I come from out of state, so Colorado has been a culture shock for me. But what I can say is no mother the time, request, or date our maintenance team has been so helpful. Randy has handled my request many times from helping me kill the bugs I was scared of, getting pest control to come out when I needed it, finding a water leak and helping me get anything I need fixed in my apartment. He’s communicative and a very understanding man who makes asking for help easy. Living in a new state can be hard and finding a semi-affordable home in this economy is so hard. But my time at Postmark has been marked by the kindness and hard work of Randy. I appreciate everything he does for this community. He has many tasks to do in our building, but he always makes time to help me anytime I ask.

  Spoke with the community manager Gregory when calling to schedule a tour. He was extremely helpful and kind.

  Says you can come in and tour but no one even there. No point in scheduling a tour when the leasing office is locked by code.

  Great community, great place to live. Property management really making a difference. Outstanding staff, office manager friendly and personable, maintenance man is awesome and hard working. Highly recommend this property to anyone seeking a new apartment
