I’ve worked with PMI Little Town for several years now, and the experience has been outstanding.
Communication is prompt, they’re proactive about maintenance, and they genuinely care about protecting my investment while keeping tenants happy. I always know what’s going on with my property, and any issues are handled quickly and professionally. It’s refreshing to work with a property management company that’s organized, transparent, and follows through on what they promise.
I highly recommend PMI Little Town to any property owner looking for reliable, professional management.

Be careful with Michael. He continued to charge us rent AFTER we moved out. He then held that rent hostage for a month and now claims he needs to keep all of it to pay for repairs. Ignored most of our calls during this process and now has gone MIA again. Renter BEWARE. Take off auto pay towards the end of your lease or he WILL take your money.

Scheduled a showing through Zillow and arrived at the appointed time. No one from the property management company contacted me beforehand, no agent was present, and no instructions were provided regarding access to the property.
When I arrived, individuals who appeared to be associated with the home let me inside. The property itself was in very poor condition, with damaged flooring, damaged walls, signs of leaks, and a neglected yard. I left after only a few minutes because it was not as represented by the listing.
The most disappointing part of the experience came afterward. I received a call from the property manager asking how I had gained access to the home. After I explained that I had arrived for my scheduled showing and had been let in by people at the property, the conversation shifted toward questioning whether those individuals were authorized and suggesting that I should not have entered.
As a prospective tenant who showed up for a scheduled appointment, I expected clear communication and a professional showing process. Instead, there was confusion, no representation at the property, and a conversation that left me feeling blamed for a situation that resulted from their own lack of coordination.
Based on this experience, I would not consider renting through this company.
Edit based on owner response:
A few points require clarification.
You state that the showing was never confirmed by PMI. That may be true from your internal process, but the showing was confirmed through Zillow. If Zillow is confirming showings that your office does not consider confirmed, that is a process issue between PMI and Zillow, not something a prospective tenant would reasonably be expected to know.
When I arrived at the property, I observed three individuals loading belongings into a vehicle. I approached them because they were the only people present. They informed me they would be returning for a desk and, entirely at their own discretion, opened the front door and allowed me to enter. I did not knock on the door seeking access, nor did I request entry. I reasonably assumed that individuals actively occupying and moving out of the home had authority to admit visitors.
Your response states that I "elected to proceed to the property" and entered without authorization. I proceeded to a property for what I believed was a scheduled showing. I am not a property manager and have no knowledge of your internal procedures or "industry standards." I relied on the information provided through the platform on which the property was advertised.
You also state that the property was not available for viewing and had not been prepared for showings. However, when I left the property after approximately five minutes due to its condition, another prospective renter was waiting at the curb and informed me that the agent was simply running late. That experience is difficult to reconcile with the claim that the property was not being shown.
Finally, when your representative contacted me, I immediately explained that the showing had been confirmed through Zillow. I was told that Zillow was "just a computer." The conversation then became increasingly confrontational and included statements suggesting that I had committed a crime before the call was terminated by your agent (they hung up on me).
At no point did I force entry, request entry, conceal my presence, or attempt to access a property unlawfully. I arrived openly for what I believed was a scheduled showing, was admitted by the occupants, briefly viewed the property, and left.
Any confusion surrounding the showing process was created by the communication and coordination failures of PMI Little Town, not by a prospective tenant attempting to view a rental property.
