  I was looking for any apartment for my mom who is older and uses a walker. Vanessa was very helpful and found one that is ground level that was to be available around the time we needed. She always returned emails and phone calls promptly and walked me through the whole process. I have no complaints other than the lake being all dried up, but that's not the apartment complex's fault. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

  *Edit to manager response: I have no idea why you even messaged that as a response when you guys clearly had no intention whatsoever of taking a close look and sorting this out considering it resulted from a miscommunication through a phone call with you guys months ago. I’m out $450 for no reason and this will be my last year with you guys regardless. Absolutely ridiculous Be very careful about utility charges. I was charged additional electricity/vacant-unit fees because the electricity account was apparently set up under a different address. I contacted the leasing office expecting the duplicate/incorrect charges to be corrected, but they told me that I am still responsible for the vacant fees and that I need to work it out with the person who set up the account. My concern is that I am being charged fees resulting from an address/account setup issue rather than an actual failure to have electricity at the apartment. I would strongly recommend that prospective tenants carefully verify exactly how electricity accounts and vacant-unit fees are handled before signing or moving in.

  Ladies at the front desk are sweet and easy to work with. Also they got nice grass haha.

  Me and my husband had a tour with Vanessa the other day, and this place seems great! We currently live in a way worse place (for more money somehow.) We definitely want to live here after our current lease is up.
