  Lived here for a year with no issues. I put in a maintenance request on Friday when Cockroaches appeared in my apartment after a new tenant moved in downstairs. I was told they would come Wednesday, but they never showed up, nor updates.

  We just moved in and had an amazing experience from start to finish working with Jordan. Moving is pure chaos, and Jordan was very organized and streamline the move-in process from start to finish. We love the property as it sits right on the Smith reservoir. A special shout out to the entire maintenance team for making this property so wonderful to stay at!!

  If you want to live in an apartment with roaches and a leasing staff that "forgets" to put you on the exterminator list, then this is the place for you. Broken promises of finding a solution to living with pests because of negligence on the staffs end. Also if you want to live in a place where you have to beg for a month for a working ac in the middle of summer and live in 85 degrees all summer then this really is the place for you. Also the move In inspection is non existent. I moved in and none of my outlets in the living room worked for 3 days until they came to fix the breaker they could have fixed before move in as well as my balcony dorr lock broken. Many many problems with little sympathy or help from the leasing staff. The amenities are FILTHY. Nobody cleans up after themselves at the pool and no staff comes to clean either. All around horrible apartments to live at. The only good thing about this place is the maintenance manager, Jack, who seems to be the only one who shows a little bit of sympathy and remorse for the horrible lack of action from management. I've lived here since June and it has been a NIGHTMARE. I lived here twice before and it was NEVER this bad. This place has really gone downhill and until they find a staff that cares about the people who live here. Don't bother. Spend an extra $100-200 to live somewhere decent that doesnt have a roach problem in their buildings.

  I lived here for about 15 months. The staff is amazing. All of them were helpful, but Jesus and Jordan both went above and beyond when I had issues. The apartment has frequent events for the community. My favourite was a session to pot your own plants. Highly recommend this place.
