  Definitely wouldn’t recommend. Spoke with Isa and another lady regarding our situation told me they would accept my status and then sent me on a wild goose chase. Paid my deposit received my apartment number/ address, started utilities, etc just the told they needed a letter from my previous landlord. Then when I asked them about my holding fee being refunded I got no response for days!! Finally heard something back the 5th day and was told this! (See photo) 60 days??? That’s crazy!!!!

  I’m a resident of the complex and wanted to mention that the gym needs maintenance. One of the treadmills is not working and keeps showing a “no speed signal” error. It’s frustrating because sometimes you want to come work out as a couple and can’t fully use the equipment. We honestly enjoy living here and feel comfortable in the community, but situations like this are disappointing because the gym is one of the main amenities for residents. Hopefully this can be fixed soon.

  Very good went out for the day ,when I came home my dishwasher started button was fixed .Thank you I didn’t feel like hand washing all those dishes !😊

  DO NOT MOVE HERE!! This is by far the absolute worst apartment I’ve ever lived in. I felt safer living in Memphis than I did here. The apartment by us was raided by police, we could have been shot! The big light fixture in our bathroom fell and shattered and almost hit us THREE TIMES! There is never anywhere to park so even though you pay for parking you don’t get a spot. I was followed to my car by creepy men on more than one occasion. The “security” you can call is just a voicemail there is no actual security at all. The walls are literally paper thin and I could have a conversation with my neighbor through our bathroom wall at normal volume. There are rats in the parking lot that chew through your cars wires. There is dog poop everywhere. Kids riding bikes and electric bikes through the breezeway and almost hit you and your kids and pets. Kids constantly hanging out barefoot alone in the parking lot running behind your car when you try to park or exit. We had to listen to kids screaming all day and even into the night. Half of the time your packages are delivered to the wrong apartment bc they are numbered weird and you have to go to 20 different buildings trying to find your delivery. The other half of the time they leave the package outside the package room or on the floor of the package room for anyone to take. Multiple times the lockers were broken into. I could go on and on. The people working in the office are trashy, unprofessional and incompetent. They do not answer the phone or respond to emails or requests. And they will take your security deposit even though you leave the place spotless. On several occasions the fire alarm went off for hours including christmas morning. They also do walkthroughs every other month so you have to wait around for them to come walk through your apartment 6 times a year for no reason. Just move elsewhere and save yourself the headache.
