  I'm so happy with the amazing job the new maintenance team did! Larry and Jerry were quick and effective in setting up my new dishwasher, making sure everything was done right.

  The new maintenance team are great! Larry is amazing and has fixed a number of things I’ve been waiting for awhile to get get fixed. He goes above and beyond. He’s timely, has great communication and is professional.

  I've lived here now for about 5 years, and I feel at home. Yes, there can be some rowdy neighbors once in awhile, but the staff is awesome. Emily, Missy, & Isa are very helpful in the office. The place is clean, and I feel its well maintained. The parking lot was just redone, and my work orders have always been done promptly.

  Rich the supervisor was amazing!!! He was on call on his day off and just as he was ready to leave. I had a 911 emergency where my air-conditioning wasn’t working and he dropped everything on his personal time to help me on a Sunday. What a kind thoughtful going the extra Mile kind of guy. He’s one of the best parts of living here at SkyeCrest!

  Definitely wouldn’t recommend. Spoke with Isa and another lady regarding our situation told me they would accept my status and then sent me on a wild goose chase. Paid my deposit received my apartment number/ address, started utilities, etc just the told they needed a letter from my previous landlord. Then when I asked them about my holding fee being refunded I got no response for days!! Finally heard something back the 5th day and was told this! (See photo) 60 days??? That’s crazy!!!!
