  Amazing place and great community. I drove by silver reed on the way to a different apartment complex and it bought my eye. I just stopped by and Ramon gave me a tour of their one bedroom apartments that were available. We also checked out the amenities. This place is fantastic. It has its own park and is right across from union square park. There are a lot of walk ways and grassy areas. Perfect for my dogs. It seems like a calm area. The property is well maintained. I applied the same day.

  I did not visit silver reef personally. My son and daughter-in-law visited for me. They were very pleased with the tour and the appearance of silver reef. They had complimentary things to say about Ramon. So all seems to be well.

  Very nice apartments and neighborhood. Jean was amazing! She is very kind and helpful. If all goes to plan, we will be signing a lease soon.

  Tour scheduled the same day I requested. Ramon was great and answered all my questions. I filled out the application and was approved in a day! Ramon really went above and beyond on my lease! I moved in this week and all the office staff was amazing. I had a lot of questions lol. Upon move-in inspection, I noticed the microwave has a crack inside down to the metal. I reported it and it was replaced with a new one in 2 days by the most friendly maintenance person. So far the neighborhood is quiet and all the people I have encountered are friendly. The apartment is pretty quiet as well. Sometimes I can hear foot steps above me and when people are talking outside my door (i.e. walking through the corridor). Overall completely tolerable. I'll update my review as the year goes on.
