  I had a great experience visiting Silver Reef! The staff was very welcoming. Even though I stopped by without an appointment, Jean took the time to give me a tour and answer all my questions. She provided all the information I needed and made the whole experience pleasant and easy.

  The community is nice, the staff is friendly and helpful, and maintenance is responsive when something needs attention. Overall, it’s a comfortable place to live.

  I’ve had a great experience living here. The community is well maintained, and the management team has been friendly, professional, and responsive whenever I’ve needed assistance. I really appreciate how the staff takes the time to listen to residents and work with them to resolve any concerns. The property has a nice atmosphere, and the amenities and common areas are kept in good condition. Overall, I’ve been very happy with my experience and would definitely recommend this community to anyone looking for a place to call home.

  New owners are letting the place go to crap. I can't park at my own building because of junk/disabled vehicles taking up resident parking. The previous owners kept the place clean and well maintained. Now I see homeless prowling, kids leaving toys, trash spilling around dumpsters, and contractors taking up space they don't need. Paying to live here feels like paying to live inside a zoo. It's been months and these problems are still present. Instead, they painted 3 buildings in 6 months. I miss when property managers actually gave a damn.

  I lived in Silver Reef Apartments for three years, between July 2023 and July 2026, and was immensely happy with the place. Truth be told, I'd have loved to have stayed longer, but as circumstances had it I ended up moving with my wife out of the state to the East Coast for a new job. The apartment was lovely and spacious for its cost, and the amenities were excellent. I loved the two swimming pools, the wood-burning fireplace, and being adjacent to a great big dog park, which made it easy to walk my dog every day. The office staff always made itself available to us when we had questions or requests, and the community was also very friendly. I loved Silver Reef and would have stayed there with my wife for at least another year or two had we remained in the area. I would suggest a couple of small improvements. First, the big park area right beside building nine was not always well-maintained, and the grass sometimes became overgrown, usually in the summertime. The tall grass combined with the dry heat often led me to have terrible allergies, probably hay fever, during the summer months. Additionally, I was very disappointed when, immediately after having moved in, the apartment eliminated the hot tub in one of the pool areas. While the other tub remained, I did feel that it was misleading that all of the promotional material advertised two hot tubs only for this to be removed. Lastly, there were some problems with break-in attempts in my time there. The mailboxes were broken into and my car was even damaged in an attempted burglary. I wonder if there should be more security cameras outside to cut down on these kinds of things. But all that said, I did genuinely love Silver Reef and miss it. It was a wonderful home for me and I especially love that it was the first home I had with my wife.
