    I think that this place is great. It has a nice coffee machine in the office. Cool vending machines with great choices. I like being right next to the light rail. Makes traveling downtown so much easier. The new property manager Isabel is very nice and sweet. She's a great addition to the team. And as always Kelsi is the best. I like being greeted when I walk in. They know me by name, Makes it just a bit more personal. Shawn is great about the work orders and getting them done in a timely manner. There is always good communication with the team.

    Railside at Wadsworth Station is a great place. The property is clean, well kept, and has a really welcoming feel. You can tell the team takes pride in the community. Isabel York does an amazing job. She is friendly, professional, and truly cares about the residents. It shows in how everything is run.

    Currently live here and I love it. It’s quiet, you cannot hear your neighbors while in your apartment. It’s clean, they have a cleaning lady I see quite often so hallways and elevators tend to stay clean and taken care of. The girls in the office are friendly and helpful, Kelsey is the sweetest and greets you every time you walk in the door. My only complaint would be the parking which isn’t really anybody’s fault, the only “guest” parking would be the couple of spots up front by the door and you need to pay for a guest to use them as the entire front drive is considered a fire lane. Other than the parking though my time here has been great and positive and I am already thinking about renewing my lease. Don’t listen to the negative reviews, it’s really not bad here.

    I’ve only been here about 2 1/2 weeks but I’m so impressed with the Management. They’re so kind and generous and thoughtful always courteous. I love the parking situation that we have here My place was so clean and spotless when I moved in . The amenities are awesome. I just can’t say enough about this place love it.

    While property management has improved they cannot keep property managers. I have personal seen 3 property mangers leave since my time currently living here. They use a company called Zego for the billing and these guys seem to screw up everyone's utilities. My most recent electric bill for a one bedroom one bathroom is $234.48 which is outrageous when a friend of mine who lives 3 blocks away in a house they own and they have their own hot tub pays no where near that much per month. It takes them weeks to months to resolve these utility issues as i have delt with it multiple times and been told to just pay it while they figure out the issue. To boot it took nearly 3 months to resolve my hot water heater issue which turned out to be exhaust ducting clogged with insulation causing my hot water heater burner to only run maybe 45 to 60 seconds at a time. Insulation and sound proofing are awful, can constantly feel cold coming from my windows with them fully closed and latched shut. It seems as though ownership wants to make tenants pay for the utilities used for vacant units and the utilities used to make repairs in the building. For a new building there have been tons of issues as well as lack of security I think I have seen security here a told of 5 or 6 times in the year of living here. I do not recommend moving into this place as well as I am sure i will see some form of retaliation for this review as a current tenant. Edit to the original review: after going through several property managers the current property managers have made living here a hell of a lot better. Maintenance has been phenomenal and I have stayed a resident for a new lease. I would love to give this a full five stars, but I cannot due to ownership having the website boast "Luxury apartments" there is one major issue that ownership did not account for when building the property. I honestly hope ownership takes a look at this and resolves it as I will be also putting together info about the issue along with a petition for the current residents. This issue is the Internet and zero access to anything other than gfiber webpass which is a huge difference from true gfiber. Webpass is point to point internet relying on an antenna on the top of our building that points at gfibers antenna, this means any severe weather or even light weather our Internet drops speeds and even cuts out completely. This differs from true gfiber internet because true gfiber internet is a direct fiber line brought in to the building that will have no interference due to weather. Having worked on the gfiber project it was brought to my understanding ownership had zero conduit or pathway brought in to bring a true physical uninterrupted feed to the building. This also means there is zero option for cable TV or other internet provider unless you intend to use a hot spot or another mobile internet option. This issue causes constant issues for not only the leasing office but anyone working remotely living in the building. This in my opinion makes this complex less than luxury especially when paying for what ownership decided as the only option. If you are a resident here and reading this if you are having Internet issues this needs to be brought to property management as it is out of gfibers control.
