  I’ve lived at Railside at Wadsworth Station for about two years and I can genuinely say it has been the best apartment living experiences I’ve had in the Denver area. The location is incredibly convenient, the property is brand new and beautifully maintained, and my apartment has truly felt like home. I especially love the large windows, natural light, modern finishes, and the fact that the community is all-electric. It also feels secure and safe, which is something I really value in where I live. The amenities are another huge plus. The pool and hot tub are fantastic, and the massive outdoor deck is one of my favorite parts of the property. It gives the community a great atmosphere and makes Railside feel much more elevated than a typical apartment complex. It’s close to everything I need while still feeling removed from the craziness of downtown—it has a boutique like vibe, smaller and less crowded. What has stood out most is the management and staff. They have always been friendly, responsive, professional, and willing to work with residents. Kelsey and Isabel are extremely attentive, responsive and actually care about you. Good management can completely change the experience of living in an apartment community, and I’ve always appreciated feeling like my questions and concerns are always heard and addressed. As my lease renewal has approached, I’ve spent time looking at other communities around Denver, so I could be closer to work. Doing that has honestly made me appreciate Railside even more. There are plenty of apartments out there, but finding a place that feels modern, comfortable, secure, well managed, and genuinely like home is much harder. I’m very happy I chose Railside at Wadsworth Station and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to live in the Denver area.

  The office staff is really nice. Kelsy always greets me when I walk in the front door. Isabel is very friendly and bubbly. Shawn makes sure that my work orders are done as soon as possible. They are all very open with communication with me. Just like any where else you have issues, no place is ever perfect but this place does their very best in making things right and fixing things as soon as possible.

  Kelsey, Isabel and Sean make living at Railside a great experience. They are knowledgeable, down to earth and very willing to accommodate in any way within their means. While the building itself is brand new with many perks and a great location. They add to it by being great people who are great at their jobs.

  Over the weekend there was a freak power outage that lasted hours. Shawn came out in the middle of the night to make sure all was good and handled. There was also a community gathering happening the next morning. We gathered to enjoy good food and good conversations. Gave us more of an opportunity to engage with Isabel. This just shows that the staff goes above and beyond to make sure this is a great place to live.

  I love living here, The leasing office staff is amazing and they always go above and beyond for all the residents. Anytime I have a problem in my apartment it’s fixed within 1 or 2 days. Living at Railside has been the best decision I’ve made in a long time!
