They are the management company for one of my properties. I have been calling them for almost a week and no answer as of July 6 of 2026 . Wondering if they are still in business
I’ve had the worst experience renting from these folks. I rented with them for 3 years and each year they raised my rent. I started off paying $950 a month to ending up having to pay around $1200 with all the “fees” and cost of living going up. Not to mention that fact that I had to have my toilet assembly removed about 3 times because of drain clogs and the only units that they’re able to use their snake drain on are the bottom floor units… I wouldn’t even have a flood and they would go in and just start fishing my toilet. I’ve tried contacting them with any maintenance requests but got greeted with voicemails and what seems like cold calls with how much they don’t respond. Once i do get ahold of someone they “transfer” my line to the department they think is correct and then I get send straight to voicemails, but then guess what? Once I try calling again. The same number literally 30 seconds after they don’t respond and send me to voicemail immediately. This has been the most unprofessional experience I’ve had working with anyone. Children are literally more receptive than the grown adults that just deflect in those offices. Oh and one last thing. They say they’ll get you your security deposit within 60 days of your move out day. I moved out of my apartment March 27, my lease ended March 30th. It is now June 11th, it’s been a little over 70 days now and I called another set of times. The first time they answered and redirected me like i said before, and of course i went straight to voicemail. I’ve since called another 10 times at least the same number and same menu and they just keep declining my call. They are lying when they say your deposit will get to you within 60 days. This is not my real name so don’t try and contact me through here. I’m just wanting to make everyone aware. I forgot one thing when they were snaking my drains they left fecal matter all over my apartment for a whole afternoon since i had allowed them to do it while I was at work. Never did i let them into my apartment again unless i was supervising.

People here have no idea what they're doing -- ownership specifically seems to have very little experience dealing with HOA companies and ownership. HOAs stay far far away!

Extremely rude, unprofessional, and disorganized.
This company has terrible communication and refuses to take any accountability for their own administrative mistakes. When confronted with errors on their end, they become incredibly defensive rather than trying to fix the issue. Save yourself the headache and take your business elsewhere.

PMI Aspire has been, without question, the most dysfunctional property management company our HOA has worked with in Boulder County.
Communication has been consistently poor, and important information has not always been shared with board members in a timely or transparent manner. This has made it extremely difficult for the board to make informed decisions and properly oversee community operations.
One particularly frustrating issue involved an insurance overpayment of approximately $4,000. Despite the error being identified, the matter remains unresolved and the funds have still not been recovered. The lack of urgency and accountability surrounding this situation has been disappointing.
Our experience with Janet Paul was especially concerning. Communication was often incomplete, and obtaining clear answers or documentation proved difficult. As board members, we frequently felt that we were not receiving the information necessary to effectively fulfill our responsibilities.
If you are an HOA looking for a management company, I would strongly encourage you to do extensive due diligence before choosing PMI Aspire. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend them.
