  5/5 Stars – Highly Recommend! ​I had a wonderful experience leasing my new apartment at Mountain Vista, and it is all thanks to Alexandra! As the assistant property manager, she went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth, stress-free, and incredibly welcoming. ​Alexandra is professional, highly knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about the residents. She took the time to answer all of my questions, kept me updated every step of the way, and made sure everything was perfect for my move-in, including leaving me a laundry basket with soaps, sponges and various things that you need when you first move in. Gift basket was a very nice touch. ​If you are looking for a great place to live with a management team that actually cares, look no further than Mountain Vista. Make sure to ask for Alexandra—she is absolutely amazing!

  Do not move here if you want hot water or you want the maintenance or office managers to respond to your requests for service. Several days every week for the past 6 months the water is ice cold for hours at a time and the office staff have never returned my calls. Maintenance claims to have fixed the issue but has failed since the water is ice cold right now. If someone responds to this review do me a favor and actually fix the issue rather then making a public apology while doing nothing for 6 months now to fix the issue. My kids do not deserve cold baths while I pay my rent on time every single month. Do better...

  So right now, my base rent is $1327. I have lived here since April 2018. I understand Covid and inflation. But right now you guys are offering for a one bedroom apartment on the Internet base rent for $1055 to $1150 . And for a two bedroom, you guys are offering a base rent for $1224.00. I live in a one bedroom. Now I love the location and I love where I live, but I’m gonna need some financial relief on my next lease signing because I have lived here for over eight years. I’ve been late twice on my rent, but I’ve made that right so I don’t see why my rent should go up at all. I would appreciate it if it would go down. But other than that, it’s a great community. I love living here and thank you for asking.

  Bed bugs,roaches and mice. If that's what you want then by all means move in here. Ohh and the lovely door slamming fighting at 3am neighbors is just an extra plush of living in this outdated 70's no adequate heat or hot water luxury apartment. The windows are original and garbage. The sub flooring is crumbling away and like mentioned before. The outlets and plumbing and appliances are a joke for the price they are asking. Since moving in at late 2023. All three of us and our pets have had several health issues. None of which we had before staying here! Avoid this property at all costs, I have seen the turn over of management companies and crew, never a good sign. I believe they have switched 4 times in the last 3 years 👎
