- ASAlej SheiMar 19, 20261.0Por favor tengo un mes viviendo en este edificio,quiero reclamar que no me parece agradable que tengan el calefactor directo ,hay personas que aún en invierno no soportan el calefactor ,me duele la cabza a parte el recibo de luz sale demasiado caro ,si hubiera sabido esto no me mudo aquí ,cada quien es autónomo de decidir si qre frío o calor ,para eso se paga un aquiler ,por favor apaguen eso y cuando yo quiera prenderlo lo hago,no pueden controlar esto ,porque cada quien decide ! Me está afectando mi salud quiero aclarar que la señorita Lupe es amable respetuosa y atenta! .pero esto no es culpa de Lupe ! Les agradezco .no soporto mi cabeza.
- KZKatherine ZaisJun 1, 20251.0Update #2 if you renew your lease in May or June, put in your notice instead of renewing. It will seriously save you $500. The apartments are going for way less and then reapply for your apartment. I've put the phot below of how much cheaper it is. Update: the doors are never shut for the "indoor" apartments so random people walk threw and smoke crack in the hallway. I've added a photo. First, I like to say the apartment for the price is good. The office staff is super sweet. However, the safety is super questionable. For the first time living in CO in ten years, we have had a bike stolen from the back porch, multiple packages stolen from in front of our door. We ended up getting cameras to watch for deliveries. Which brings us to the the police have come. My car has been vandalized with what seemed to be a hamburger bun with ketchup marked up and down my car. Someone has jumped our fence and peed, only when we yelled we were calling the cops did he jump back over. The homeless is crazy around this area and they go through the dumpster a lot.
