    We have lived here for over 3 years and have loved it up until the last couple of months. Our deck is literally falling off of our apartment and has been for over a month with no update. We can't use it, but the complex is also refusing to fix it in a timely manner. The hot tub has been out of order for TWO MONTHS because the cover broke and they refuse to fix it. DO NOT MOVE HERE IN ITS CURRENT STATE! It is absolutely falling apart with NO effort from management to get things back to where they should be. Do not waste your time or your money moving here until they start doing their jobs and managing the property again.
