  Blue Sky Landing was a great place for me to live over the last 14 months! The management were very nice, the complex was clean, the pool was nice, and management responded to all maintenance issues quickly and competently. Also my neighbors were all cool and nice. I will miss being there!

  I have been living at Blue Sky Landing with my boyfriend for the last 5 months and we are loving it here so far! We love having a fire place in our apartment and access to the pool and hot tub. We also like the layout of the apartment and the size of our balcony! A great place to be!

  I have lived here since February and I am very pleased with the improvements to make it a beautiful and peaceful community with exceptional amenities. Once the pool and hot tub were back in working order (shut down for what seemed like a month give or take) they are beautifully maintained by a much better maintenance team every morning and they are able to be very attentive to anything that needs repair usually getting it done the same day. Appliances are on the cheaper end so not as efficient/effective but with the rent we pay that is totally understandable and important to me to save in rent by not having all the newest stuff. I like having two sliding doors onto our balcony. The community is clean with a nice lawn partly because they have poop bag dispensers all around. I personally appreciate the convenience when I think I’m just taking our dog for a walk.

  I’ve had a very good experience living at Blue Sky Landing. It is a quiet and peaceful place, and maintenance requests are handled promptly when needed. I also really like the location, especially because there are plenty of opportunities nearby to enjoy outdoor activities. Overall, it’s a comfortable and convenient place to live.

  The maintenance guys here are SO helpful and kind, there’s been never ending construction since one of the units attached to us was destroyed in a fire. It’s been super disruptive, but maintenance has done their best to help us mitigate any issues. We love using the pool, especially now that it’s refinished, but there’s only 1 lounge chair that hasn’t broken this summer (and none have been replaced), so that kind of sucks. I think the property management company is dropping the ball on things which is frustrating after having lived here for 3+ years. It’s probably better than a lot of places, but just know that things have been moving a lot slower here for the last 6ish months.
