  I’ve lived at this community for a few years now. The leasing company is pleasant as well as maintenance. Anytime I have put in a work ticket it’s usually within 30 minutes someone is knocking on the door to fix the issue. I have zero complaints. The community is clean, quiet, and all off our neighbors are polite!

  I have been a resident here for nearly 2 years and I enjoy living in this area and the complex! Since living here I have had no issues with leasing, maintenance or neighbors. Everyone that I have come across and meet are great individuals. Another great thing to mention about this community is the ease of access to a variety of restaurants, shopping, and outdoor activities.

  I've been staying at Bluesky Landing for about a year now, and I've had a really positive experience! The management team has always been responsive and easy to work with. Whenever we've had a maintenance issue or a question, they've been quick to respond and keep us updated. When our washer and dryer stopped working, instead of trying to patch them up over and over, they replaced both with brand new machines. The property is well maintained, the grounds are kept clean, and it's been a quiet, comfortable place to live!

  We've been here for 8 years now. We've never had an major issues. The management is responsive to issues. Maintenance requests are usually pretty timely. The property is pretty well taken care of, and again, they are pretty responsive to issues on the property. The heated pool and jacuzzi are great and wonderful to have available. The other great amenity is the dog washing room. Love it! Makes that process pretty easy. The absolute best amenity is the location. Right up on Green Mountain in Lakewood. Safeway is walking distance, Walgreens, a wide variety of restaurants and food offerings. Quiet, pretty established neighborhood. We've really loved it here.

  It looks like my previous post was removed but would like to repost to save anyone the trouble from moving here. 1. The gym equipment cable machine has been broken since I moved in (over 2 years ago) and no signs of it ever getting fixed. 2. The hot tub cover is broken and they do not allow anyone to use it until it is fixed. This has been going on for months. 3. The pool was turning green & full of duck poop. 4. They no longer shovel the stairs after snow storms. 5. Don’t bother calling, they won’t answer. You have to go in to the building to get any sort of answer. 6. Currently my roommate is there to pick up our move out deposit & they are closed at 1:30p on a Wednesday. There have been times where I have called with no answer then walked in & the workers are just chilling. PSA: save your money & your time. This place was good until about 3-4 months ago & has gone down the drain (just like the poopy pool water). Also, Bluesky I would love if you did not post a reply saying ‘sorry to hear that please come in for an update’ no, you had your chance. Post exact days & times on here, let the community know what is up, keep us in the loop. FFS.
