  Kyna at The Bluffs at Highlands Ranch was very helpful today. My lease time frame was not what I asked for so I headed into the office. She listened to my concerns and immediately addressed them. Kyna also told me about the project to redo the whole gym which is exciting. I asked if they could fix the Basket ball court backboard and she said she would put in an order, very happy since my sons loves to play. Thanks Kyna for being informative and kind, we need more helpful people like you. Anita Robertson

  If you’re looking for a spot with amenities don’t move here. They promise working gym, sauna, racket ball court and a hot tub and pool but let me tell you. I’ve lived here a year and some change and I think the hot tub and gym have been closed more times than they’ve been open. It’s really frustrating because I’m paying a huge premium price to live here and half that incentive was the amenities. But if you have no amenities what are we paying for? It’s super frustrating, I feel like we should at least get pro rated rent when everything they promise amenities wise is broken. The only silver lining is the maintenance team I’ve had nothing but great experiences with them, but other than that this place is overpriced for what you get

  You can’t open certain cabinets with the dishwasher open and it’s super annoying. Every once in a while there’s a smell of a gas leak. It’s stinky, I don’t smell it anymore. But when I have family or friends come over it’s the first thing people say. I’ve had it checked a couple times but the issue never really fully respolved, because it’s not consistent. I’ve seen the gas issue in other reviews too. Not to mention the hot tub hasn’t worked in months, so if part of your incentive to move is those amenities, just forget it and keep looking. Oh also, I remember the day I moved in, got my key, and in the master bedroom’s bathroom, there was a turd. Like a literal poo. It was funny then and still funny now. I have a picture of said poo but I won’t leave that here lol.

  I've been living here for over three years and previoudly enjoyed it. These last few months, they avenue 5 the management company is not keep anything up.The grounds are a mess as their are no current landscapers or sprinklers. The weeds are two feet high. The hot tub is not working the gym and the dog grooming area have all been flooded and not repaired. I've had to resort to sending emails to VP of operations and the Chief Operating Officer and have yet to hear anything back from them.

  We no longer have landscaping service. The sprinklers haven't been turned on. Weeds are growing everywhere. The grass is either dead or gone to seed. It looks so trashy. The hot tub has been out of service for weeks. The entire lower level of the club house flooded and now there's no access to the gym, racquetball court, restrooms, or other common areas. The dog park hasn't been maintained. The gravel is gone. It's a muddy mess when it rains. The jumping feature is broken. The volleyball court is trashed. The tennis court gets little to no maintenance. The maintenence staff does an excellent job taking care of the apartments! These other amenities fall outside of their scope.
