  If I can give 0 stars I would. Initially, office staff was super friendly but when I went there to check out an apartment the lady in the office was very unprofessional, handed the key to an apartment and a map and essentially said, "Here's the map, here's the key; go find it." They did not make me feel welcome and I WILL NOT live anywhere where I am not welcomed.

  Does anyone work here? Iv called for days now and can't get a single person on the phone? I'm interested in leasing and have not had such difficulty reaching out to any other leasing offices like I do here? Are we forced to only do business online? How and when does someone appear? I took it as a sign and found a place where management and leasing agents respond! Its beneficial for properties to not return calls as rates increase daily, I didn't feel like playing that game anymore. Thanks for reaching out.

  Terrible customer service. I don’t live here and I don’t want to. I saw these places online and both my girlfriend and I really liked what we saw in the pictures so I called on a Tuesday. No one answered and I left a message. Never got a call back. Both my girlfriend and I went there the next day and the associate there was trying to get us out of there very quickly. He told me that they were very busy that day and that we should comeback when we’re closer to when we wanted to move. We were looking to move only a little over a month away so now is is the perfect time to look. He then proceeded to tell me that he didn’t have a apartments to show me and that one might be ready here in a day or two. So the next day I tried to call and just set up some time when we can come look, but no one answered yet again. Nobody called back either. How does one rent out apartments if you don’t want to help out anyone?
