  I was under pressure to move quickly, so I didn’t have much time to research and probably would have chosen differently if I had more options. The apartments are older, and reaching the leasing office is difficult. There’s no direct email for an agent, phone wait times are long, and the AI Assistant isn’t very helpful. The unit also wasn’t properly cleaned at move-in; I had to deep clean the fridge, stove, and bathroom. There are several maintenance concerns as well, including a bedroom window frame secured with clear tape and outlets that are upside down, don’t work properly, or pull away from the wall when plugging something in. I’m trying to make the best of the situation, but there are definitely areas where management and maintenance could improve.

  Worst place to live, the maintenance supervisor is super mouthy/rude with children. Cant ever get ahold of anyone in the office. When you finally do they rush you off the phone. I had to wait over a month for any work order to even be looked at. Maintenance doesn't take things serious they do everything half fast. I would not recommend this place at all. Never had i had to experience such a mess with a community I live at.

  Terrible administration, they never are available and where they are they have no idea what's going on, I was still getting charge rent after I moved out and they were giving me late charges, send me a final bill with almost 1500$ dollars on fees that I was not supposed to be charged, 3 months later I'm still dealing with this, it's not a special place and the price it's not even that good for all the inconvenience you get. Move somewhere else save yourself the headache

  live here if you're okay with disrespectful neighbors with teen children who yell and scream and stomp around at all hours day & night rattling the ceiling on top of playing music that shakes the walls, management will not do anything about it other than tell you to file a police report (which was done) and then continue to do nothing afterwards about it. If you are a human being that requires sleep, you won't get it here :) and management does not care, live elsewhere.
