  I rented a retail space with Belle Creek/Hudson Grove apartment complex. My commercial space shares a building with all other residential units. My space sits under residential apartments and is managed and ran by the same property management as the residential tenants. This company never fixed my leaks as they kept reoccurring. I had water intrusion, property damage and mold. My health was affected along with my business. Dog poop is everywhere! I had multiple leaks in the 6 years I rented from them. At one point maintenance crews told me a clogged toilet in the space above me was what was leaking on myself and client. 🤮There was a murder above the corner store and my husband was attacked with a hate crime. This place is unsafe both inside and outside your space. Update to response: I assure you NO professional findings or inspections were ever completed on the managements behalf. I asked multiple times and no evidence or documentation was ever provided. They sent a grounds keeper who represents the apartments over who stuck a moisture meter in the drywall. Anyone with a brain knows that doesn’t detect mold. As Belle Creek mentions in their response there were multiple leaks but they all came from the same location- which tells me they were never fixed. Andrew the maintenance man actually told me the toilet above me was leaking and he could tell that it had never been repaired as the bolts were rusted to the floor. He thinks that toilet had been there for over 15 years without repair!!! Hundreds of my clients witnessed the leaks, the so called repairs and the lack of communication. The videos and photos in my post is all you should need as they tell the truth!

  Terrible administration, they never are available and where they are they have no idea what's going on, I was still getting charge rent after I moved out and they were giving me late charges, send me a final bill with almost 1500$ dollars on fees that I was not supposed to be charged, 3 months later I'm still dealing with this, it's not a special place and the price it's not even that good for all the inconvenience you get. Move somewhere else save yourself the headache

  Property was fairly well kept the first year we lived here and the only real issues we had were the “annual inspections” that actually occurred every 1-2 months, not a huge deal but still annoying as I had to hire someone to watch my elderly dog every time they came so she wouldn’t accidentally hurt herself. Since October of 2023 there have been new residents that are quite disrespectful of the property leaving bags of trash, cardboard boxes, empty bottles and cans throughout the neighborhood. The real issue for me, and the reason for 1 star, is that those same residents refuse to clean up after their pets and have left literally hundreds of piles of fecal matter all over the property which I have been forced to personally clean up in order to keep it off my shoes any time I need to take my own dog out to do its business (or even just when I walk to my own vehicle). There is currently a deadly respiratory dog disease going around in Colorado and management has refused to actually do ANYTHING to mitigate the situation despite multiple calls, emails and in-person visits where I have been repeatedly assured that they will “have maintenance go clean it up today”. It has yet to ever actually get cleaned up even one time since these issues started in October 2023. Management has received photos of some of the offending dogs / owners and have responded that they will “take care of the problem” but it’s 4 months in and so far there have been zero visible actions taken.

  Jessica hands down is the best leasing manager that I have ever had the pleasure to work with! She has been so helpful during the entire experience and I look forward to a year in the beautiful apartment that she helped me pick! Couldn't recommend a better place to live, it is close to parks for the dogs and its not to far from downtown Denver. If you are looking for an apartment in the area this is the one! Make sure you ask for Jessica as she will find the right place for you!
