  Our Secret Weapon? Cameryn Porter Choate If we could give Cameryn Porter Choate infinity stars, we would! My husband and I started working with Cameryn when I was about 30 weeks pregnant and searching for our dream home. She met us anytime, anywhere, and never once seemed frustrated when our original target areas didn't work out. Instead, she remained positive, helped us pivot, and guided us toward options that ultimately led us to the perfect home. Now, at 38 weeks pregnant, after successfully closing on our new home and having several weeks to move out of our old place, she's helping us sell our previous home as well. We were a little self-conscious about some of our old flooring and paint, but Cameryn never made us feel judged. She quickly devised a plan, linked us with reliable vendors, and finalized everything in roughly 10 business days. She was very attentive and kept us fully informed about everything happening around her, proactively sharing details without us needing to ask. Through every step of both transactions, she has been nothing short of exceptional. Cameryn is incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, and proactive. Whenever we have a question, concern, or need guidance, she either has the answer immediately or gets back to us the same day. Real estate can be stressful, especially with a new baby soon on the way, a toddler, two large active dogs, and a full-time job until delivery, along with life. However, Cameryn somehow makes the entire process feel manageable—and even fun! This was particularly important to me because we had waited more than five years to make this move. Her strong network of trusted professionals is another aspect that sets her apart. Whether buying or selling, she truly knows someone for everything, and I cannot overstate how valuable that has been. She connected us with an amazing lender at the very beginning who became much more than just a lender and helped us in ways we never expected. Later, she recommended outstanding vendors for painting and flooring, saving us countless hours of research and uncertainty. We trusted her recommendations every step of the way and couldn't have been happier with the results. She also isn't afraid to happily roll up her sleeves and jump in herself when needed, which speaks volumes to her character — both on a personal and professional level. Most importantly, Cameryn genuinely advocates for her clients. She fights for your best interests, communicates clearly, works nights and weekends when necessary, and consistently goes above and beyond. Unlike our previous realtor years ago, she never pressured us into making decisions. Instead, she gave us the information we needed, respected our choices, didn't make us feel bad about the decisions we regretted, and supported us every step of the way. She makes you feel less like a client and more like family. That's special. Buying and selling a home simultaneously while heavily pregnant could have been a lot more overwhelming, but Cameryn made it as seamless and stress-free as possible.
