We had a wonderful experience working with Omar and he assisted us as first-time homebuyers throughout the entire process.   I’m very happy to see that Gregory McDonald will be joining your team. I believe he will be a tremendous addition, bringing more than 20 years of experience in real estate, along with extensive knowledge and a strong commitment to customer service. Greg was my realtor when my wife and I purchased our home. At the time, my wife and I had very different opinions about the type of house we were looking for, which presented some challenging moments during the process. However, Greg’s experience, patience, and knowledge of the real estate market allowed him to work with both of us and help us make the right decision.   Omar Gonzalez was our agent for purchasing our very first home a few months ago and we couldn’t be more grateful for having found him! We met him when booking a showing online for a house we wanted to see early in beginning our search and hadn’t yet found an agent. Right off the bat, he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and went above and beyond in answering any questions we had. He was communicative and educated us every step of the way in the process of our home purchase. Anytime we wanted to tour a home, he made it happen as soon as possible. We even had the pleasure of touring a home with his Wife, Krismar Ramirez, who is also an amazing agent with the Baird group! She pointed out things we never would’ve noticed and saved us a huge headache if we pursued that house (Realtor power couple!!). Omar was also incredibly competitive and strategic in making sure that we got the best price and terms in our purchase. The entire process was far smoother than I could’ve ever anticipated and we are so incredibly grateful for his help in making our home ownership dreams come true.
