  I called and spoke with Fareeda. She wasn't as nice or friendly as the reviews seem. However, I may still tour the place. They have alot of the things I want, and I dont want to allow that interaction to detour me from making a very important decision.

  Fareeda was so professional, patient, and helpful. She provided detailed insights and options as to the community, and made me feel welcomed. It was very much a positive experience. Fareeda is an outstanding ambassador to Bridgwater.

  The team is ALWAYS so responsive and incredibly thorough with every request I’ve ever had while I’ve lived at Bridgewater. The professional nature of all staff members, and consistent service is fantastic each and every time!

  I highly recommend Bridgewater for anyone. I was in a one bedroom with attached garage with a patio. I enjoyed the quiet neighborhoods, peaceful neighborhood, easy access to walking paths, fun gatherings offered, quick maintenance response and always feeling safe. The management staff if quick to respond to questions and follow up as necessary. Having access to a workout area, pool, hot tub and refreshment bar was appreciated. Bridgewater is in the tech center area. With quick access to many locations, restaurants, night clubs, entertainment and right off Hwy 25.

  We've been a tenant here for roughly 3 years and I say this is a really good complex. With a family of 3, I was really cautious about the safety of the place but the neighborhood is really nice and quiet especially at night. I also liked how they act fast on any issues with the apartment. Tim and Patrick were the real MVPs here. They are really nice with accommodating our requests. Kudos to them! For the office or admin, Gabriela and Denice are our go-to people here. They are just 1 email away for any concerns or requests. They even let us use a vacant apartment before when our washer broke down and the replacement havent arrived yet. The perks I liked here were that they have an attached garage and open parking outside too. I also like that the maintenance people are prompt so even on a snow day your walkway is clear and safe. They also have events or food trucks on a monthly basis so thats really nice. The gym is quite small so it can get crowdy at times but most of the time I have it to myself. Apartments are really nice too, I have never heard both my side and upstairs neighbors with any noise. Community is quite isolated though like people only go out if they have to walk their dogs. That can either be good or bad depending on the people. The only improvement I think is that the rates can get a little high for most people. Also, some of the tenants dont pick up after their dogs which can sometimes be left in front of your porch. If I return back to CO, I will definitely rent back here.
