- MGMya Gonzales1 day ago3.0We lived here for 2 years. The apartments and community itself are beautiful. Neighbors were always kind and we never had any major issues. When we did have issues the office was always plenty of help. The host plenty of activities through out the year that are fun to attend. During the summer food truck nights are awesome. However, the reason for 4 stars and not 5 is a big one and the reason we chose to leave. The parking is a nightmare and has been since day 1. If you get home past 5 you basically guarantee not getting a good spot by this time the regular parking plus club house/ visitor parking is full. this has been an issue since we moved in when the apartments first opened and complex was not even full with residents. There is simply not enough parking. You will often be parking a few buildings away carrying groceries or children for a good distance.

- OVOscar VazquezJun 3, 20265.0Moved in last year and we definitely renewed our lease for this year. The apartment itself is worth the price. Neighbors are nice, common areas are usually clean and functional, pool, gym, Amazon lockers are always a huge plus. Management is always willing to help and they usually take care of issues on the same day or next business day. I feel like they are always trying to find ways to improve tenants experience and that’s something that we appreciate. Keep it up!

Cazee and Eric were very nice, friendly and made the envoirment welcoming and fun. A great turn out and many people brought their kids as a mom it was great to see people out but also were it feels welcoming to have a baby and still do things.
