  If you care about equitable treatment regardless of your ethnicity, gender, religion, or sexual orientation- find another company. I want to acknowledge that it’s not ALL the agents but truly BE CAUTIOUS personally we allowed our love of church cloud our better judgment and signed with someone from a recommendation from a congregation member. I was fully Coerced, manipulated, significant comps withheld (information silo), contracts not written correctly, refusal to provide written documentation, refusal to assist with a counter offer and worse inciting family fights. They were so condescending that they even laughed at me because I was locked into the contact and couldn’t do anything. I spoke with Chuck Boles who I do believe is an honorable person however he informed me with this individuals seniority with the company and coupled with the fact they have had a recent transition (loss of a colleague) they are doing nothing. There’s no sensitivity training requirements for their employees. I absolutely suggested that this individual be retained as I am taking an almost 30k loss due to this produce, misogyny and malice. Chuck- I’m sorry you had to take accountability and apologize for this individual. Thank you for being a small light there- I truly wish you the best.
