  Is you are think about buying from them, you better prepare yourself with lots and lots of patience. Everything was fine until my project was delay for two months. We just got round arounds. We were promissed house occupation words case by end of July, then mid August. It is first week of September and we are still waiting. Not sure how this Schedule Contractors is done, but it are very disorganized, they all show up all at different times. One contractor can't finished because they all depend on others finishing they side. Very disappointed. My recommendation is don't make plans that it will depend on Clayton home in grand junction. I have all texts messages and phone calls I have made in the pass month and nothing is for sure when It would be done. I regret not making research prior to giving them full payment check about some type of stipulation where is very clear if Clayton homes don't deliver your project by promise date.

  Not very helpful. I just walked in and asked if they have price list, no, we don't. I asked how much 2000 sq ft house, he said I don't know, it depends on what you want to do, I asked ballpark prices, he said I don't know. Did not want to help me in any way. Body language said it all. Horrible customer service. It was a man, tall guy, didn't get a chance to have a chat. In and out in less than 30 seconds. I wanted info, Im wanting to buy a $200,000 home and he just looked down at me. You just lost my business!
