As stated in a previous review left on here, DO NOT LIVE IN THE BASEMENT LEVEL APARTMENT. The plumbing is completely intolerable and SEWAGE backs up into our bathtub and leaves behind waste particles and debris from all the tenants in the building. This also renders the toilet unusable. We notified the property of the issue and asked for them to clean up the mess that was created, yet the maintenance technician said they do not do cleaning. We are currently left with a biohazard in our bathroom and have not had access to our shower in the past 5 days. The rent is wildly expensive for such poor quality of living. On top of that, if you try to contact the local property manager, you now get forwarded to Hudson and Grove upper management, who have been completely unhelpful in resolving our issues. If I could give zero stars to this place, I would.
