I have been with Dakota for over 5+ years. It's been a great pleasure that I found Dakota in 2019 when I moved out of Colorado. They not only can find highly qualified tenants but also deal will HOAs and fix any issues for a very reasonable price within a short time. I can totally sit back. I'd look for many years working with Dakota for all my properties in Colorado.

Dakota Property Management is an awful property management company. Anyone considering to rent a room or house through this company should consider otherwise. Once I left this review, my property manager immediately emailed me saying how unfair it was to leave a 1 star review and how it would affect her job and the business. I should be allowed to leave a review and not have my property manager immediately emailing me and telling me how unfair it is and how it will negatively impact her. My review was initially just of the policies that Dakota Property Management has which has caused serious financial issues with the housemates I have, but making an issue of my review is also unprofessional. I should be allowed to warn people from getting into a similar situation which this companies policies have created for me without being harassed.

Some management changes occurred in May 2025, and since then the service from Dakota been sub par. Prior to these changes Sam Goodwin was my contact and she was the absolute BEST. Since her departure in May, nothing has been the same.

They have helped and done everything we've asked! Water heater went out on a Sunday and they replaced it that day! Great!!
