Leasing Office The leasing office is small and had a slight odor during my visits, but the staff were generally friendly and helpful. When the wash card machine stopped working, the receptionist provided me with a preloaded laundry card so I could finish my laundry. Cinthia also helped re-register my account when the mobile entry app stopped working. One recurring issue was the laundry card machine, which was out of service multiple times. Within my first month, it was unusable for approximately three weeks due to network issues and needed repairs. Community The property is family-oriented with many children. Be aware that although the community advertises itself as smoke-free and has a list of prohibited pets, those policies did not appear to be consistently enforced. I regularly observed residents smoking near stairwells and the pool area, and I frequently saw pets that appeared to violate the community's stated pet restrictions. Noise can also be an issue. It was common to hear vehicles revving engines, driving repeatedly through the complex, and car alarms sounding late at night. I also experienced people gathering around my parked vehicle, which eventually led me to park farther away from my building. Maintenance generally did a good job picking up litter around the property. However, because valet trash service does not operate on Fridays and Saturdays, trash often accumulated around dumpsters, parking areas, and common spaces by the end of the week. Amenities The pool is a nice amenity, although it becomes very crowded during the afternoon. If you're looking for a quieter experience, mornings or later in the evening are much better. The shared laundry room is adequate, though one of the washing machines leaked periodically. As mentioned earlier, the laundry card machine experienced repeated outages, so it's a good idea to keep your reusable laundry card loaded whenever possible. The fitness room is decent for an apartment gym, but I often found it occupied by unsupervised children, which discouraged me from using it. My Apartment Unfortunately, my apartment itself was the biggest disappointment and ultimately the reason I decided to move. My unit was located above the boiler and laundry room, which caused excessive heat that made the apartment uncomfortable to live in (exceeding over 90° F in the bedroom). When I reported the issue, I was told that no other residents had complained and was advised to simply use more fans instead of the underlying problem being addressed. Which increased my electricity bill. During my move-in inspection, I also pointed out damaged flooring. I was told the damaged section could not be replaced individually, despite the flooring already showing evidence that individual sections had previously been repaired. Although the air conditioning unit appeared relatively new, it was extremely dirty. I ended up cleaning the evaporator coils and air filter myself. The apartment also appeared to have been hastily prepared between tenants, with paint splatter on the flooring and remnants of the previous tenant still present. TL;DR Friendly leasing staff and decent amenities were overshadowed by recurring maintenance issues, poor enforcement of community policies, frequent parking lot noise, repeated laundry equipment problems, and an apartment that appeared poorly prepared for move-in. My unit's excessive heat and the response to those concerns ultimately led me to move out.

I would not recommend living here. It is extremely noisy. Loud music is constantly playing during the day, in the evening, and even late at night. No one seems to do anything about it. I have contacted the office and security, and eventually had to call the police. There are also adults who leave their children unattended. People enter the pool area even when it is closed. There are many other problems, and I will add more details later. Maintenance does respond quickly when you submit a request. That is the only good thing I can say about this place.

maintenance mostly just jerry rigs needed repairs. not their fault ofc, if they're not sourced with the resources to actually fix things like a rocking toilet or broken blinds string. as people, they're very chill and respectful.

Looks nice from the outside; yet the inside is basically a slum. Staff does not seem to care about livability for tenants. Al, the leasing agent I toured with, told me I would be paying around ~950 after rent and utilities. In reality, I am paying $1200-$1300 a month after rent and utilities and I cannot afford that. I was mislead about the monthly price + utilities + fees regarding my unit. Not only that, I’ve been getting double billed for renter’s insurance and parking (parking managed through parkm.com) and CSC (laundry provider) have refused to fix on-site services. The on-site laundry is ridiculously expensive and the majority of their machines are broken at any given time. I have been getting double billed for renter’s insurance and am unable to update my billing information through parkm.com. I cannot even do laundry in the provided facilities because their card readers do not work. Stay far away. Please.

The young lady in the office that assisted me was cool and very helpful to the best of her abilities and I just moved in this month but didn’t get to view my actual unit before moving in because it was suppose to be getting restored but was definitely a rush job, paint on the floors from the walls being painted l, stove air vent not working and the metal floor strip for the carpet connecting to the kitchen wasn’t installed right I already stumped my toe and tripped over it a few times and few days ago ago I went to get something out the refrigerator and the handle came straight off, I’m not a complaining person and moved here for the price point but didn’t expect all the issues I experienced so far
