  I have lived her for almost three months and my experience is great. The apartments, buildings, community facilities, and grounds are well maintained. The office and maintenance staff are friendly, professional, and responsive. The complex is usually very quiet and feels safe as well. The rent is reasonable for this area. I would highly recommend Esprit to anyone looking for an apartment.

  I recently moved into my new apartment, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, everything went smoothly, and the place itself is absolutely amazing—clean, comfortable, and exactly what I was hoping for. A huge part of what made this process so positive was Janet. She was incredibly helpful, responsive, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was perfect. She answered all my questions, guided me through every step, and made what could have been a stressful move feel easy and exciting. I’m so grateful for her support and thrilled with my new home. I would highly recommend this apartment—and especially working with Janet—to anyone looking for a great place and a seamless experience!

  I had a great experience touring with Cinthia! She was very friendly, professional, and made the whole process feel comfortable and easy. She answered all my questions, explained everything clearly, and really took the time to help me find the right fit. You can tell she truly cares about helping future residents feel welcome.   I had a great great experience touring with cinthia. She was very welcoming, professional knowledgeable. throughout the entire tour. She took the time to answer all of my questions and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. Cinthia really paid attention to what I was looking for and explain everything clearly. Her positive attitude and excellent customer service made the experience enjoyable. I'm excited and looking forward to move in by the end of the summer

  This is truly one of the worst complex's to live in ever. The apartments are trashy an they don't care to clean it when you move in an any time you have a problem, it takes them days to take care of it. It could be below freezing an your heaters off an you could let them know in the morning but they won't show up till the next day. Just even this past bit of snow we got we had no heat an it got below freezing an all the complex could do for me was give me a tiny space heater. The only way I was able to keep it somewhat warm was using the oven. It's truly disappointing when problems like this pop up an the manager is no where to be seen. I mean come on, in the past three years I've lived here I've maybe been able to talk to the manager once. Oh, an I can't forget to mention the theft that happens here. My partner had there plates stolen from the car a couple months ago an now today my plates were stolen off my car too. An isn't it so nice to know that the complex has no security an don't care if the lights in the parking lot or in between buildings are broken? It's been months of pure darkness which makes it easy for people to steal an they just don't care. They won't do anything to help. If there's anything you can take from this, it's don't waste your time trying to live here! Worst place to try an call home!
