  If I could, I wouldn't give this place even one star. Living here has been a very unpleasant experience. To begin with, the neighbors are problematic. You can find everything here, from shootings, fights, aggressive behavior, broken bottles thrown around on a daily basis, and constant disturbances, to even a death that occurred here. The police are practically always around this complex. The elevator is constantly broken, and when it isn't, the stairs are falling apart. The laundry service and washing machines are terrible. The washing machines are often flooded with water, and the trash situation is just as bad. It is a dirty and unpleasant neighborhood. And during the summer, when the pool is open, it becomes completely chaotic. People even come from outside the neighborhood just to use drugs at the pool. The pool is open to the public. I honestly do not recommend living here. This place has been almost a nightmare.

  Beware of the mandatory junk fees. I was considering this place, but there is a LONG list of mandatory fees you must pay. You have to subscribe to their internet, you have to buy "trash valet" lol. You cant opt out. You MUST pay to slap your garbage out into the communal hallway and pay to have someone else "valet" it to the dumpster. You must put it out on the proper day and at the proper time. Good lord lol. Clearly cash grab on top of cash grabs here. I would pay extra to NOT have "trash valet". Seems extremely annoying. Bags of garbage all over the place.

  I don’t know how this place has 4 stars. Within two weeks of me moving in the bathtub paint started peeling because they use cheap paint with no sealant. I went to the leasing office to let them know and they said I wouldn’t be charged. They are now attempting to charge me now that I’ve moved out. The elevator is broken every other week, there is bird poop all over the walkways that they never power wash, the stairs are so poorly taken care of that there has been multiple instances where they just fall off their railings (as shown in the pictures) I didn’t have a picture of this, but the railing throughout the complex is extremely rusted over so get your tetanus shot up to date before moving here. Also there was recently a shooting where someone died and the complex hasn’t even sent out an email just for everyone to be on alert. Following the shooting there have been two raids on two units throughout the complex that again, they have not sent out an email just to alert everyone to be aware of their surroundings. Their main saving grace is that their maintenance is fast with requests. At least for me they were.

  Finally got everything that I had requested to get done done! But the Closet doors in my room had to be taken out completely. They should be rebuilt entirely and more Sturdy
