  I've had a good experience living here overall. One thing I do notice is that I regularly see the maintenance team out around the property taking care of things, and it's clear they're always busy working on something. Whenever I've needed maintenance, they've responded quickly. Most recently, they fixed my garbage disposal, and William was friendly, professional, and easy to work with. I really appreciate how responsive the team has been whenever an issue comes up. Thanks to the maintenance team, and especially William, for all of your hard work and for being so helpful.
