- JHJaxon HamiltonJun 13, 20261.0This place wouldn't be so bad if the management did anything. They never answer the phone indicated by the four voicemail boxes that are always full. We've called for maintenance several times and never even got a response. They will lock you out of the online payments so you can't pay online, and if you're even a few days late, there will be an eviction notice on your door. The only thing these people get in a hurry to do is leave notices on your door complaining about minute things and try to evict you so they can keep the money on your "rent to own." If you were to take my advice, I'd say stay far, far away from this place. Now with all that being said, the residents in this area are not bad at all; it's a shame because it has potential, but the management has just ruined it.

Never got a call back from the owners or the manager of the trailer park... if ur late at all the threaten to kick u out ... ur responsible for the property but u cant do anything to it take it look nice or anything the older tenants are allowed to have fences and do whatever they want to their property.While the newer tenants are not allowed to do any of that shameful

Lived in Ashwood Village for a little over 2 years with a rotted out bathroom cabinet, 2 doors coming off the glued-together frames, electricity didn't work in the front bedroom. They never did anything to fix it yet continued raising the rent everywhere. NEVER rent from this company.
- NPNancy PraterApr 20, 20261.0You get a notice the day of at 9:30 am that the water will be off from 8:30 am - 4:30 pm (ridiculous) and it is currently 7:21pm and the water is still off, can’t cook or bathe. It will be off tomorrow as well. This is a constant thing also, and you can’t contact the manager when you need her, but she will definitely contact you when she needs you and expect for you to treat her concerns as urgent matters.(crazy) This isn’t necessarily towards Cairn unless this behavior is acceptable to them.
