  I want to shout out to Kylah at the OKC Boomer lot for how amazing she is and how helpful and caring she is in everything she does for the community. She needs a raise for how she runs the community and how professional she is with the residents. Kylah thank you so much for everything here I'm going sad to leave but I hope to be back soon ❤️ thank you thank you Carin Community for everything!!

  I have emailed the company several times and they never responded so I stopped sending them anything Buf it’s pretty obvious they will answer a email from the manager . Higb rent and 0 manager accountability and attitude. So far I have seen 3 homes that are empty and they just installed 3 new homes . You would think that would give corporate an idea not to buy any new homes but nope they want money. Again I’ll never call the attitude manager or corporate again. Karma will come and bite at any time.

  ⭐ 1 Star — Our Experience With The Reserve on Copano Bay We purchased a brand-new home from The Reserve on Copano Bay at the end of October 2025. Within the first month of living in the home, we experienced a roof leak and observed visible mold on the ceiling. We reported our concerns and have continued communicating with management regarding water intrusion, water damage, and other issues with the home. We have also since had a professional mold inspection performed that identified mold in the home. Unfortunately, months later, our concerns have still not been resolved to our satisfaction, and we have retained an attorney to assist us with the matter. This has been an extremely disappointing experience for our family, especially considering we purchased the home brand new. Based solely on our personal experience, I cannot recommend The Reserve on Copano Bay to others considering purchasing a home here. I encourage anyone considering a purchase to do their own research, ask questions, carefully review all documents, and make the decision that is best for their family.

  I live in one of their communities (Spring OAKS) in Texas. The community is ok. But CORPORATE is an issue. And contacting someone FROM cairn is impossible...there is nothing but a generated auto reply email saying someone will get back in touch. BS. They continue to add more spaces to generate more revenue and they increase lot fees every year. For “maintenance” ,however we have had streets lights out over a year, lights at the community mailbox, people parking in streets,vacant lots and thief of vehicles. There’s no pool, nothing but PLAYGROUND rarely used. Rules ignored. There use to be towing enforcement and that stopped. Kids wandering the streets at 2-3 am. Probably up to no good. Since this corporation took over the park has continued to go downhill and continues to raise fees.

  Trashy neighborhood. Has gotten worse with the changing of new ownership every 2-3 years.
