  Edit: insane you’re expected to have any of your guests create an account online, register their car, and pay 50 cents an hr, $10 daily, or $5 for overnight to park. Or they can try to find a spot/parallel park on duff drive and walk to you. There is no designated guest parking area. Not to mention you as a tenant pay $10 a month to park. So be prepared to get your friends to signup for an account and pay money to visit you, or risk being towed… or again, try to park on duff drive and walk wherever you are. I don’t like I have to do this but I signed lease for August 2026 move in March of 2026. My cat died in may 2026 and when I called to remove pet rent they seemed bothered they had to write a new lease and the person actually asked me if I can prove my cat was euthanized which was incredibly tasteless. Honestly everyone I have told that to is in shock about that. The person on the phone eventually told me it will be a few weeks for new lease to get written. Waited a few weeks and emailed them and got no response about the new lease. 8 weeks passed, and no response to my emails still, so I just came in person since my move in date was now 1 month away. finally got the lease that day. I got the impression they were too busy wheeling and dealing and didn’t want to spend time making the new lease. Also the last time I was in the leasing office needing something (post move in date), no one was there so I waited patiently at the front desk. someone eventually arrived talking with a person they just gave a tour to, and couldn’t be bothered to just simply say “be with you shortly” or acknowledge me standing at the desk, so I just stood their awkwardly waiting for them to be done with the person they were helping to leave.

  Don’t bother moving here if your from a different ethnic background or have colored skin in any way. Bunch of racist tenants that report you for anything. Yet office doesnt say anything when white people break the rules which happens often.

  I would give zero stars if that were an option. We applied for a residence at this location and were denied shortly afterward. We have since made numerous attempts to contact the management team regarding the refund of our application fees, but unfortunately, our calls, emails, and voicemails have gone unanswered. Ironically, the property later contacted us to ask if we were still interested in securing a residence. We explained that, since our application had been denied, we had already found another place and simply wanted an update regarding our refund. Once again, we received no response. The lack of communication and professionalism throughout this process has been extremely disappointing. Based on our experience as prospective residents, I am very grateful that we ultimately found another home. If communication is this difficult before becoming a resident, I can only imagine how challenging it could be afterward. I strongly encourage prospective applicants to carefully consider the customer service and communication they may receive before moving forward.

  Just moved in. The team is very helpful and is willing to solve problems for tenants. Especially Owen and his supervisor, they deserve credits. I recently need to travel for a few weeks but the garage is not readybyet. Owen and his team help me get a temporary garage so I don't have to park my car outside for weeks. Very happy with the team here.

  An honest review of the complex. Pros: Beautiful complex, apartments are modern with some smart home features. Pet friendly. Very easy to put in maintenance requests and the maintenance team is wonderful. The internet is super fast and can handle multiple devices at once. Lots of cabinet space for storage. Cons: Like most “luxury” apartments in Fort Collins, these are built pretty cheaply. There are paint drops and smears on our floor from initial construction. The kitchen island baseboard is crooked and bent in. The walls are awfully thin, any time our upstairs neighbor flushes the toilet or takes a shower, it literally sounds like the water is running freely behind one layer of drywall. The door into the building is seemingly the only door that doesn’t have a soft close, and it shakes the whole apartment when people go in or out. I can hear everything my upstairs neighbor does as well. The fire alarms are extremely sensitive - we actually had maintenance replace our first one after it randomly went off one night, but we’ve realized it’s just whatever fire alarms they use. We can hear other building resident’s fire alarms go off almost every day. You definitely can’t sauté something fatty or sear meat without it going off. I worry about the smart home front door locks because the first night ours malfunctioned and we had to wait an hour to get into our apartment (with our dog inside). Would have to deal with that again if another bug happens. Overall, it’s okay.
