  An honest review of the complex. Pros: Beautiful complex, apartments are modern with some smart home features. Pet friendly. Very easy to put in maintenance requests and the maintenance team is wonderful. The internet is super fast and can handle multiple devices at once. Lots of cabinet space for storage. Cons: Like most “luxury” apartments in Fort Collins, these are built pretty cheaply. There are paint drops and smears on our floor from initial construction. The kitchen island baseboard is crooked and bent in. The walls are awfully thin, any time our upstairs neighbor flushes the toilet or takes a shower, it literally sounds like the water is running freely behind one layer of drywall. The door into the building is seemingly the only door that doesn’t have a soft close, and it shakes the whole apartment when people go in or out. I can hear everything my upstairs neighbor does as well. The fire alarms are extremely sensitive - we actually had maintenance replace our first one after it randomly went off one night, but we’ve realized it’s just whatever fire alarms they use. We can hear other building resident’s fire alarms go off almost every day. You definitely can’t sauté something fatty or sear meat without it going off. I worry about the smart home front door locks because the first night ours malfunctioned and we had to wait an hour to get into our apartment (with our dog inside). Would have to deal with that again if another bug happens. Overall, it’s okay.

  I was looking at the property for a friend who's looking to lease an apartment in Fort Collins soon and I ran into a maintenance guy, Mike, who gave me a tour of the property. The property was well kept and he was able to tell me a bit about the apartments and about the amenities. I'm not sure what my friends plans are but the property seemed like a great option and I would definitely recommend it.

  Brian in maintenance is fantastic!! He's always quick, professional, and gets the job done right. Also, a big shoutout to Elli in the office for being so friendly and helpful! They both make living here a great experience. Thanks for everything!

  I am looking for an apartment in Fort Collins area. I stopped by Landing at Lemay to take a tour. The leasing team was busy so Mike from the maintenance team offered to show me around. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the property. I'm not sure I'll end up here permanently, but I would recommend this property to anyone in the market.
