  We are a multi year family who has entrusted Alpine with our kids. The place is run by Carletta, who is the kind hearted no nonsense type. My kids refer to her as Mama Carletta because she is always on both properties running these places as if these kids are all hers. Having personally met her I can promise all parents you can trust Carletta with your kids. She runs a tight ship and has really changed this place for the better. She keeps her word so if she tells you something you better believe its getting done. My husband and I have commented several times on how we sleep better being far away knowing Carletta is watching over the property. Her team is equally amazing. Darwi is who I have worked with, and she's an angel. Always picks up the phone, and immediately works through whatever is needed with my family, and with the most positive way about her. MASON is an absolute ROCK STAR. I don't know how that man sleeps, he's always running around doing something for these kids and he truly really cares about these kids making sure the apartments are safe and working well. We are an experienced College Family who knows how poorly most of the apt complexes around here are run, so we know Alpine is a step above the rest. As a parent we are literally trusting these complex managers with the safety of our kids. Carletta is literally the only one I have ever met that I feel like she treats these kids as if they were hers and takes that trust very seriously. The grounds are well kept, the pool is clean, the apts are spotless. Alpine will be home for years to come for us. Thank you Carletta and Team.

  Staff is very receptive to feedback and very nice to residents. Very great people and an awesome atmosphere. Super close to campus and old town!

  Over priced bs fees and they have had 3 significant fires in the past 2 years. Other then that the surrounding area is pretty. Also dishwasher is broken. But yeah.

  There was a power outtage in my building last week that lasted 4 days and in my opinion it was not handled well at all. My roommate went to the leasing office to ask if there was a timeline on when the issue would be resolved and she was told "Well if you look outside you can see that someone is actively working on it." what an incredibly rude thing to say to one of your tenants. Our food was going bad in the fridge and personally I had to throw away $70+ worth of groceries. We were told to "keep the refrigerator door closed" to retain the cold air. I stayed at a friends place during the outtage and when the power finally came back on, I did not receive any notifications from Alpine, I found out the power was back on because a neighbor had texted me to let me know. Except for maybe two texts on the day of and the day after the outtage, I still haven't heard anything regarding the situation from Alpine. This was a massive inconvenience as I was not able to live in my own home that and I had to spend more money than I had budgeted for this month to re-buy the groceries that went bad in the fridge. Originally I was planning on renewing my lease but now I am moving out of this place. Management here is rude and careless and I can not wait to get out of here.
