    We were customers of 1st Bank for years and loved it! But this PNC transition has been a nightmare. The staff at our local bank has been great, but it has been one continuous disaster. We will be switching to another bank very soon! We can't access accounts, Zelle money, and deposits don't get same day credit like 1st Bank did up to $300. You get nothing until the next day. What a total mess!!
