  UPDATE AS JULY 29TH THE NEW PROPERTY MANAGER IS USELESS she does not care about the resident's or shape of this place !!! We Truly miss Aundrea and Corey !! ..When I first moved in it was great and kept very clean however the last few months they have removed the cleaning crew for elevator and laundry room cleaning , they removed the ground service that picked up the poop bag stations for pets , they no longer have the crew that came around to clean up the poop from the people that never clean up after thier dogs and the dog park is never cleaned any longer and is completely disgusting so its not a clean experience to take your dog to at all , the laundry room is always flooding when its used and the elevator is always breaking due to being old and owners won't invest to a new one being installed and I've noticed it going down hill once they started making staff changes and sold the place without informing the resident's and the pool is never opened and when it is you have to skim and clean it yourself in order to have a semi nice swim and they added around the sidewalks to make it look nice but didn't put sidewalks around so those in wheelchairs could get to the pool , It used to be a great place to live and you always had a property manager and maintenance available that cared but now its always a empty office space most of the time and going down hill fast !! They used to send out emails to keep resident's up dated on things going on such as any water issues or anything of importance however that has stopped also and I am pretty sure this place will not get back to being clean or cared for like it had in the past and now its summer time and your lucky to get a clean working grill plus the firepit has not worked in 2 years so don't plan on using it if you move here . Plus note the resident's are all pretty great and the noise level is very respectful plus the Apts have walls so you don't get much noise from anyone around you and ive met the new maintenance guy and he seems really nice .

  This used to be a nice place to live, but the last year everything has went down hill. The elevator is always breaking was down almost 2 weeks and there's a person in a wheelchair on the second floor who evenhad to call the fire departmenttocone get him down the stairs. The laundry rooms haven't been cleaned in almost a month, the pool has been closed since the middle of last summer they startedcleaningit then quit once they foundoutnew management was taking over, the little fire pit thing has not worked since I've been here, the trash cans around the property haven't been emptied in 2 weeks the only reason the one by elevator is empty is the man in the apartment on bottom floor changes it himself. Its awful funny there were so many good reviews in a 24 hour period heck over a 3 day span one is even from the old property manager must be because the property is switching management and want to make everything look good when nobody's here doing the work. Our bathtub has chipped paint since we moved in got tired of having to leave for 2 days with my cat so they could seal it each time done incorrectly after 3 times i said i wasn't going to do it anymore. I did meet the new maintenance guy who seems extremely nice haven't met the new office lady who's name is Aubrey, but I hope they can turn this place around.

  We have not been able to use our garbage disposal for weeks. Ive put in many work orders for repair and no work from the management or maintenance team. Out hot water in our shower also doesnt work and hasnt for worked for weeks. This is the second summer in a row that tenants dont have pool access. Why bother even filling it up just to keep the gates locked and allow the water to turn green. I will happily change my review once these issues have been resolved. UPDATE. They repaired our shower and garbage disposal but pool was open maybe 2 days before they closed it again. Was the pool even in safe swimming conditions for those 2 days? Its going to hit over 100° this week so this issue needs to be solved ASAP.
