  My family and I had a wonderful stay here! It was nice and clean and in a nice location not too far from downtown. We saw a lot of Elk along the river and the host was very responsive and polite. We plan to come back and stay with PMI. I highly recommend!

  My wife and I were very pleased with our stay. Expectations exceeded in regards to the beauty and sounds of the river. Home is lovely and spacious and has everything you need for a great stay. Management is very prompt in answering any questions and resolving any issues quickly. This was a very memorable 25th wedding anniversary vacation that we will never forget. Don't forget to eat at Bird and Jim's. It is a fabulous dining experience.

  The rental unit was beautiful. Well stocked, clean, and the most beautiful views. My stay was great. Would definitely return for another trip. Lowell the host was helpful and responsive. Book your stay. You won’t regret it.

  I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel obligated to share our experience so future guests know what to expect. We booked Mount Nimbus at Mary’s Lake specifically because it advertised a private hot tub. After an 8+ hour drive, we arrived looking forward to relaxing that evening, only to find the hot tub was dirty, cold, displaying an error, and completely inoperable. This wasn’t a minor inconvenience—it was the primary reason we chose this property over others. I immediately contacted PMI Estes Park through the Vrbo messaging system and repeatedly asked for someone to call me. Instead of speaking with someone, I received delayed text responses while my requests for a phone call were ignored. It took multiple messages before I received any meaningful response. To make matters worse, I was eventually told that the earliest a repair technician could come was the Friday after our stay had already ended, meaning there was never any intention or ability to provide the amenity we paid for. As we looked around the property, we found several additional maintenance issues: * Broken sink faucet. * Coffee maker that would not brew coffee. * Living room TV remote that did not work. * Main bathroom door lock that would not lock. * Patio table missing a tile/section from the tabletop. Not only was the property not properly maintained, but the customer service was even more disappointing. At no point did the property management company proactively offer: * A partial refund. * A discount. * A comparable replacement property. * Any meaningful solution beyond “we’ll send maintenance.” Instead, we were left to solve the problem ourselves while on vacation. Thankfully, Vrbo stepped in when the property manager would not. Vrbo ultimately covered the cost of our stay and even paid the difference for us to move into another property so our family could actually enjoy the vacation we had planned. What was especially frustrating was receiving automated messages after checkout asking us to: * Make sure the hot tub cover was secured. * Leave a positive review. * Ask about a return guest discount. Receiving those messages after everything that happened showed a complete lack of awareness of the experience we had. I understand that things break. Hot tubs fail. Appliances stop working. What separates a great host from a poor one is how they respond when those problems occur. Unfortunately, PMI Estes Park failed on every level. Communication was poor, requests for a phone call were ignored, no reasonable accommodations were offered, and there was no attempt to make the situation right. If you’re booking this property because of the amenities it advertises, be aware that if something isn’t working, you may be left without support or a timely resolution. I appreciate Vrbo for making things right, but I cannot recommend this property or PMI Estes Park based on our experience.
