  My party of four adults and two children recently spent five nights at Riverfront Escape in Estes Park managed by PMI. The property was extremely clean and well maintained. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds very comfortable. The booking process was handled entirely online and was easy and efficient. PMI provided all necessary information via email and were very intent to provide an excellent lodging experience. We all enjoyed our vacation immensely and would highly recommend Riverfront Escape and PMI property management.

  Clean, well stocked, lots of room! Nice balcony off one of the bedrooms. Nice deck out back with grill. Beautiful views, golf course out back.

  I’m giving this place 3 stars instead of 1 because it’s a beautiful location and honestly near everything. The cabin was fine for what we were looking for a had nice wild life & star views. What I didn’t like was they only supplied 2 roll of toilet paper for 4 people for 3 days, cleaners arrived during the middle of our stay to tell us to leave due to them having our check out date wrong which was corrected when we showed them our confirmation. On our last night at 5am the fire detectors went off and we do not know why. Just expect basic kitchenware and zero communication from the property management

  Machin's Cottages #18 provided a wonderful experience in Estes Park - a well-appointed two bedroom, one bath, spacious cabin for three adults and one child. Comfortable, Western decor, quiet just 15 minutes from central Estes Park - and easy access to hiking across the eastern side of Rocky Mountain National Park. The Country Market is a great local market west of downtown, perfect for our location. Rough, rural road (paved, gravel, lots of bumps and potholes) for access to the cabins - but this is made clear on the website. While there is a physical office building, there was no on on site to address issues - it is being remodeled and found only contractors on site. That said, the PMI emergency access line resulted in a prompt call-back and response to the issue I had (access was not clear as there is a lockbox on the outside of the entrance which is no longer used - there is now a digital access pad inside the screen door on the primary door). Door to the smaller bedroom needs to be fixed - very tight to open and close. Wonky bedside light in the smaller bedroom. Kitchen has most of the equipment you need to prepare meals - very well supplied, but no spices, sugar, oil and related cooking ingredients I expected - had to shop for everything with the exception of salt and pepper.

  We had a wonderful stay! The cabin provided excellent accommodations and was perfectly equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals indoors. We especially loved the relaxing outdoor area by the creek. It was just the right distance away from town too so we could enjoy the solitude of the area and then not have to travel too far to get into town or Rocky Mountain National Park. We will be back for sure!
