  This company has been operating in Estes Park for decades. They know all the residential areas in town and the pros and cons of each. We purchased our home in 2013 - it was a very smooth process plus we were given very good advice on what to consider and what to be aware of for each location including the impact on home owners insurance, the availability of local utilities vs utility cost/structure outside of the city limits, pros and cons of homes with a view, traffic patterns, etc. I would definitely use them again.

  We had an outstanding experience selling our log home in beautiful Estes Park through the best realtor in town - Gerald Mayo! He got us a full price offer in less than a week of listing our home, plus back up offers. And this is in winter, when the real estate market is supposed to be slow. The entire process from start to closing went very smoothly, especially since this was a second home and we do not live in town. Gerald's team took care of all the paperwork very efficiently, including getting the contractor install the radon mitigation system in the house in our absence. Gerald has a very pleasant personality and is a very positive go getter. I am a retired physician and we have known him and his wife for about 20 years. He has done other real estate transactions for us and we have always been very satisfied with his work. He has numerous contacts in Estes Park and the surrounding towns around the Rocky Mountains, plus many others around the United States. So he reaches out to people he knows around the country when you want to sell your property and this is a huge plus. His assistant Bryce was very helpful and very pleasant in communicating with us and informing us of any updates plus taking care of a lot of the necessary closing documents. If you are looking for a superb realtor with an excellent team, then Gerald Mayo will definitely be your best choice in beautiful Estes Park! He has lived here for decades and understands the local market very well and remains a very active member of this beautiful well knit community!

  I was extremely lucky when I was looking for a realtor in 1997 and contacted Estes Park Team Realty and Gerald Mayo to buy property for my first home, subsequently built in 2003-4. Gerald’s advice helped me avoid many problems that first time owners often make. Since then Gerald has ably represented my interests in selling that home in 2012, another in 2014, and another in 2019, and buying my present home in September 2022. There is no secret to Gerald’s success. He surrounds himself with colleagues at Estes Park Team Realty who share his rock solid ethical values and who always put first their clients’ interests.
