  I went to only get my account number and routing number. Only 2 tellers and 5 people already waiting. So go and ask a lady at the desk and instead of helping she sent me to the tellers. "They can help you". Excuse me ma'am you could have help too but if you dont want to work go home. And what a team player in that bank. I know probably have other stuff to do but if you see that big line, as a team you could have help a bit instead of providing them with more work. I also have to say that there were other 2 people on their offices with door close and still could have help. I would never go to this office again but the one in lafayette, omg so sweet and helping even 4 people at the same time and she was only one teller.

  Once never seen a line this long at a bank, my entire life. When I finally got up to the teller they said they weren't equipped to help me and that I needed to wait for a banker. When I finally got to a banker, she said she wouldn't be able to help me either
