  It took some persistence to figure out the core issue, but I appreciate the multiple visits and courteous helpfulness of all the technicians.

  We just moved in and everything has been great. Mary In the office is absolutely awesome to work with and she’s very good at her job. Put a maintenance request in and everything was handled within a day. The community is also very nice.

  This place is seriously the worst place I have ever lived. The neighbor's dogs bark constantly, I have had ants once and I am constantly finding spiders (GIANT spiders), both my heat and my AC have gone out in the 6 months I've lived here, the kitchen and bathrooms are literally falling apart, and I have an air conditioning machine directly outside my window that prevents me from opening my window on cool summer nights. I would recommend no one live here unless you love Indian food and can sleep through anything because the floors and walls are like paper. This place is a total joke.
