  We just moved in and everything has been great. Mary In the office is absolutely awesome to work with and she’s very good at her job. Put a maintenance request in and everything was handled within a day. The community is also very nice.

  After living 6 years in Villas at Homestead, we can only say that it was our home where we watched our children grow up and a wonderful place to live in Family. Thank so much for hosting us

  I lived at Villas for two years. Within the first few months we had a snow storm and I noticed my window cracked. I placed a work order. It was closed. Never fixed. With each winter the crack got longer. At move out I requested someone walk the apartment with me, no one called. I went to the apt and I was locked out. Went to the front office and they apologized. Nothing more. Got a bill in the mail saying I owed $500 for the window, $ for replacing the carpet due to "pet damage" - my dog didn't do anything but lay in his crate or the couch the entire time I lived there. The carpet was in perfect condition. Charged for the wall painting, which the office did not tell me about when I turned in keys, I filled small nail holes which they told me to do. The front office has constant turn around and there is a reason why. Amenities suck. The hot tub used to be open till 10pm. The office closed it when they close. Hello! We work the same hours so when do we get to use it?! The only great people there were the maintenance men. Other than that, you can find less expensive and larger places to live. So thankful I found a condo for double the size of their 2bdrm for $300 less than this place!
