  Honestly worst than one star. We rented a house with progress and it was an absolute nightmare from the day we moved in. Throughout our lease we had nothing but repairs being done to the house that was “move in ready”. Some we asked for, but some larger projects the we didn’t have a choice which lasted weeks. all of which were cosmetic repairs like painting the house and replacing the driveway. The contractors were messy and left trash all over the yard when done and showed up unexpectedly and just walked into the back yard. When we asked if the cosmetic work could wait until we moved out we were told no because it was necessary work. We then asked for a reduction in rent for the inconvenience and they told us no because it was just cosmetic work. The problems we requested be fixed from the start of our lease were met with resistance at every step and only some issues were ever resolved. I would strongly recommend Against renting progress.

  We had an outstanding experience working with Krystle Snyder at Progress Residential. From start to finish, she was professional, responsive, and genuinely invested in helping us through the rental process. Krystle went above and beyond to make everything smooth and stress-free.   I had a great experience with the maintenance service from this company. They sent Steven out to stain my fence, and he did an excellent job. He was professional, on time, and very detail-oriented. The fence looks refreshed and evenly finished, and he made sure everything was clean before leaving. I really appreciate how smoothly the whole process went. Thank you for sending someone so reliable!
