- LLLynda LeonardOct 7, 20261.0October 2026 Horrible experience would not recommend this company to my worse enemy. Horrible customer service skills. Went around in circles for nothing. There properties are not move in ready they have a 5 -15 days after we get your money move in if we say so. A 30 minute phone about how to pay. When to pay. Etc. They want to be listed on your renters insurance policy. A minimum of $300,000 . Am I reimbursing you for your property. Absolutely disgusted with this company. After this I will be leaving reviews for everything from now on.

I have no complaints any maintenance that was needed they sent someone out in a timely manner. I can honestly say they were very fare when it came to returning my deposit after all of them years I really didn’t expect anything returned to me. If I ever move back to Las Vegas I will hope to find another rental from them. Thank you progress Residential for being amazing to me and my family for all of them years.
- MSMickey SmythSep 15, 20265.0Today I had maintenance done. DJ Alvarez was my service tech. He's come to help us before. EVERY SINGLE Time he comes out he is amazing!!!!!! He's a good dude. He does his job well, takes the time to ask if I have other questions or concerns, fixes anything extra in one visit when possible and is incredibly knowledgeable!!! I am a proud resident of Progress Residential and I am grateful for the incredible staff!!! Until we meet in the spring DJ!!! THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE!!!!!
