    Warning DO NOT RENT this isn’t the only issue that I had but it’s the big one. I was a responsible tenant who paid rent on time, kept my apartment clean, and took care of the property. When part of my ceiling collapsed due to water damage, I expected management to treat the situation as the emergency it was. Instead, I was left dealing with the aftermath largely on my own. No alternative accommodations were offered the night the incident occurred. No hotel was provided. No immediate assistance was offered despite the apartment being filled with debris, dust, and concerns about water damage and potential mold exposure. It took approximately 24 hours before anyone came to assess the situation. I was forced to clean up debris, purchase supplies, move belongings, and deal with the stress and disruption myself. The entire experience made me feel like my safety and well-being were not a priority. What has been even more frustrating is the lack of follow-up. I have repeatedly requested reimbursement for the portion of rent I paid while being unable to fully use my apartment and have struggled to get a meaningful response. Communication has been slow, inconsistent, and dismissive. The true test of an apartment community is not how things operate when everything is fine—it’s how management responds when something goes wrong. In my experience, management failed that test. If you are considering renting here, understand that when a serious maintenance issue occurs, you may find yourself fighting for communication, accountability, and basic customer service. I had hoped this situation would be resolved professionally, but after months of frustration and unanswered requests, I can no longer recommend this company.

    Completely unprofessional. We had a tour set with a confirmation and showed up with nobody available to show the property. The door was unlocked and the property completely empty with an application available on the kitchen table. We called the number that was given & was told “the unit is no longer available, how did you get in and you’re not supposed to be there.” No communication on their end even after we had a confirmed appointment & no apology for the confusion & lack of communication. The rental agent, Elicia, was rude and unprofessional. Highly do not recommend this business.

    Tamara and Oliver were great and couldn’t have been more pleasant. in showing me the property (twice!). I was looking for my son, who is relocating to Denver. Even though he eventually had to decide not to take this rental, we have to acknowledge how pleasant, professional, and accommodating they each were. A 5-star rating to each of them.

    I’d like to rate 0 stars, but I think 1 is fair considering they did address the stuff required by state law. First off, I’ll say when we first moved in and the house was shown to us, they had propped up a door and the gate to our front yard to make it look like everything was intact. Well, that simply was not the case and upon moving in, we realized the gate had completely been broken off the fence and was not usable, along with the door to a shed, which appeared to, at some point, maybe when the house was vacant, they had somebody squatting and smoking meth/fentaNYL inside the shed. Plenty of evidence and paraphernalia left behind to prove it… additionally, when we first moved into the new house, we had two gas leaks which they were required to fix again per state law, and they did fix them promptly, but we also had a huge ant problem right when we moved in. The inside our living room inside the kitchen etc., it also didn’t help that the fridge was completely broken and didn’t close, I was told the fridge was supposed to be replaced before we even moved in, anyway fast-forward to now we’ve messaged, called and sent in multiple requests for the gates and fence to be fixed so we can let our dogs out but were told every time that someone will be up there today or tomorrow, and it never happens, haven’t gotten any updates from anyone and nobody has come to fix the gate or fence for the last 2 months so we’re left with a yard that is practically unusable not only for that but also for the copious amounts of trash left all over the yard, we have filled multiple bags with trash from throughout the yard. Pretty disappointed and pretty unbelievable that nobody would do anything to help us. I don’t even care about the shed that’s missing a door I just want a working gate since our house is right next to a very busy road and a sidewalk where people could easily walk into our driveway and house.

    I have been in the same space for 5 years now and have only had positive experiences, my maintenance requests have always been promptly taken care of! Also, when a 1 bedroom became available in my complex I inquired about a transfer from my studio, I have been in. Through the help of the team in a weeks' time, I signed the lease for the 1 bedroom, they made the process so easy and streamline and were prompt to respond to my concerns. Oliver, Jaymee, and Elicia were great through this whole time. Happy to have Laureate still be my rental management company.
