  General review, the community is okay. There has been break ins in the Garage including my car and others. The trash room does get full of neighbors throwing whatever in there. Hallways are for the most part kept clean. Layouts are great in my opinion. Unfortunately they have constant and random water shut offs. It can be very annoying to deal if you have plans you cannot shower that day until water is turned back on in the late afternoon, especially if you don’t get an email from them.

  Surprised to see reviews below saying how great communication is and how “clean” this place is. Once you are granted into the app upon move in, you can see it is full of complaints about dirty hallways due to the trash valet not picking up trash cans, Amazon packages getting stolen, cars getting broken into in the parking garage despite paying for parking spots that are supposed to fund security patrol… their communication is terrible, they must have favorites that they dedicate their time to. Every time I reached out both through email and phone I was met with excuse after excuse as to why their responses were being delayed for weeks! If you can, avoid this place at all costs and don’t give them their money, it seems very scammy with all of the extra required fees but lack of professionalism and communication. It looks pretty and the amenities seem nice, but it isn’t worth your peace of mind!

  I had to move out due to personal reasons but if I could’ve stayed, I would have! Kellie is THE BEST in the leasing office, so attentive and responsive. I was moved in within 5 days. I loved the amenities, parking garage, and my unit was perfect. Thank you Helios!

  Typically not a big review person but I gotta give the Helios their flowers. Tour process was laid out very simple from A-Z. The Leasing/Management Team was super helpful with answering any questions I had during the lease signing process and has been extremely nice/welcoming to not only me but my dog as well. The community is very secure, it’s clean, the amenities and in-unit appliances are well kept, the maintenance requests are answered promptly. Blessed to call the Helios “Home”.
