  Typically not a big review person but I gotta give the Helios their flowers. Tour process was laid out very simple from A-Z. The Leasing/Management Team was super helpful with answering any questions I had during the lease signing process and has been extremely nice/welcoming to not only me but my dog as well. The community is very secure, it’s clean, the amenities and in-unit appliances are well kept, the maintenance requests are answered promptly. Blessed to call the Helios “Home”.

  I moved into Helios after visiting my friend and he loved living here. Brittany and Cody have been so welcoming and made my move in super easy. Robbie from maintenance has also been incredibly friendly and helpful. I would recommend Helios to anyone looking for a new place to call home, great location.

  We love this place!! We just moved in. The office staff are always nice and helpful! It’s very clean and I love how safe it is. We are very happy to be part of this community!

  Fantastic and welcoming staff. All maintenance requests are taken care of within 24 hours and cleaning of the building is done regularly. Highly recommend

  I love living at Helios they have the best amenities and best staff and are always so punctual and they get things done not to mention the fact that they host events monthly it makes living here so much fun 10/10 recommend
