  I’m incredibly grateful for the professionalism and the patience the staff had helping my son get moved in. There were some third party issues and they went above and beyond to get everything set up. On top of it, they were all just so friendly!!

  The office and management team does amazing work and they're on top of everything fulfilling our needs. Jarred, Kaitlyn, Alexia, Sue, Vinny, Nate, and Francisco are really good with customer service and make the residents feel welcome. Thank you Elevate and keep up the good work.

  The management team here is great and has helped with any and all questions quickly. Managers Alexia and Jarred both are kind, responsive, and helpful with any requests. The facilities are well kept and my apartment personally has been flawless. Parking is limited like the other reviews mentioned, but available reserved spots/garages are decently priced. I’ve been here a year and planning to stay, definitely would recommend to others!

  As you can see from many of the reviews here, there have been quite a few complaints about the management at Elevate. From my own experience, I would say those concerns were valid in the past. However, things have improved significantly since the new Assistant Manager, Alexia, came on board less than a year ago. Alexia is actually one of the main reasons I decided to renew my lease at Elevate. She is detail-oriented, organized, responsive, and always stays on top of things. Most importantly, you can genuinely feel that she cares about the residents and makes a real effort to help whenever there is an issue. Having someone like Alexia in the management office has made a noticeable difference in my experience here, and I really appreciate the level of professionalism and care she brings to the community.

  For it being my first apartment, I would say its a fenominal place to start with, their rent is very flexible and understanding if something happens and you're late for rent, there's so many cool amenities to this place, they are very friendly, very easy to spark up a conversation, Jared is super nice and even when hes extremely busy he will still give you his time of day, absolute gorgeous views from anywhere here, for my first experience I wouldn't want to have been anywhere else
