I have lived here at Elevate Apartments for going on 7 years !!! And it’s been pretty nice and easy going this whole time!! The current staff and property manager is awesome and very kind/friendly!! Anytime I have an issue, they handle it right away! They are very helpful and considerate!! They are always doing fun things and getting the residents to get together . Like events and food trucks!! They just opted me a free month of rent! So I will be renewing my lease !!!! :)) and the property manager gave me a free soda today (he’s awesome)!

I lived at Elevate for a year and some change. If you’re looking into moving here, don’t. There are tons of reasons as to why this place sucks. Biggest is the fact that if you want to make sure you have a space to park your car you have to pay 150+ dollars every single month, otherwise you aren’t guaranteed to have a spot. Even with the spots they have open where you don’t have to pay 150+ you aren’t guaranteed to park while still having to pay for a parking pass, which wouldn’t be a big deal if you were going to have a spot but the likelihood of you being able to park anywhere close to your unit is basically zero. The open spots to unit ratio is like 0 to 100. So not only are you paying for a spot that you are most likely not even going to have, you have to park in the buildings across the street and you’re probably going to get towed since it’s not public parking. Along with the parking situation, the door dashers and delivery drivers here will park literally wherever they feel like. Whether that’s in a spot you are paying 150+ for or just blocking your car in completely. They think since their hazards are on they can park wherever they want. Can’t tell you how many times I’ve come home to someone ELSE parked in my garage space. On top of that there’s roughly 300 units if not more with one garbage can. How can you build a complex where there’s not enough parking or even 2 trash cans for your residence to throw their trash away. The ONE single trash can that is available is CONSTANTLY over flowing with trash and you are not even able to throw your own trash away because the steps are filled with diapers and people’s furniture they no longer want. The poor maintenance people have to go and figure out the trash disposal every single day. It reeks and is totally unpleasant to look at. You pay 25 dollars a month for the trash fees yet all you do is look at a mountain of trash every single day. The dog park is nice to have but the brick walls are falling apart and the gate lock is constantly broken. How are you supposed to let your dogs get their energy out if you can’t even close the gate to lock them in? The bug situation here is atrocious and I can’t even begin to explain the amount of different species I’ve found in my unit. Absolutely DISGUSTING! The management here sucks, when we first moved in the lady who ran the place was AMAZING! Since she left whoever took over absolutely sucks and will not get back to you no matter how much times you go in or email them. It’s really annoying. They SUCK! The noise here after hours is atrocious as well. They send out so many emails about quiet hours and “enforce” them yet every single night you’ll hear people yelling/screaming, playing loud music, have their doors open while having parties, etc. There’s constantly cops here and there’s no escaping it. The mail room is constantly over flowing and if you don’t get your packages as soon as they get delivered you are not guaranteed to ever get it. People definitely have sticky fingers. The Amazon lockers are helpful as long as no one is trying to break into them! If you live on the third floor with dogs and order your food off Chewy or another place that delivers they won’t put your package in the mail room, they will simply leave it at the bottom of the stairs of the building you live in. I’m not expecting them to carry 50+ pounds up all those stairs but you could at least put it somewhere that isn’t in the middle of the floor!? With that, having dogs on a floor that isn’t a main, especially if they’re a bit bigger, the people below you will do nothing but complain about their paws on the floor because the walls and floors here are so thin. No carpet anywhere besides the bedroom either so there’s not even cushion to help. The ONLY semi decent thing about this place is how sweet the maintenance guys are. I genuinely just feel bad that they have to work for such a shitty complex. Overall my experience here has not been one I would like to relive. You’re better off living somewhere else.

Alexia is so kind and professional. She always asks the right questions and listens to your concerns genuinely. Her passion and dedication to her work does not go unnoticed. Her calm demeanor provides a hospitable environment for residents and future residents. I would recommend working with her or their leasing staff for any of your touring needs! Her honesty shines and her personality is one for the books. :)

I absolutely hate living here. We’ve had countless problems. and management does nothing about them. When we first moved in, we had a guy underneath us threatening us all because of our dogs walking around. Saying he was gonna come upstairs and teach us a lesson. The floors are paper thin with no carpet. So they moved us to a different unit. In this unit, i’m forced to kill 5 roly polys or more every single day. I watch them come in through my walls, under my door, through my SHOWER DRAIN! I’ve been taping the bottom of my front door for months and take it off every morning with countless bugs stuck to it. They will not fix it. I don’t think they can. I’ve had maintenance come out 4 different times to try and fix it. One time I specifically asked them to order new weatherstripping and to completely re seal the door. A week later when they showed up, they had nothing I had asked for. And the maintenance guy said he’s been here multiple times for this issue from the last guy! Why would they move me in here after that?? There is one trash can in this entire complex. They will charge you $30 a month to use it, even though it’s overflowing with trash constantly. This complex is also extremely loud. You’ll be waken up every night by extremely loud cars and loud music no matter what unit you stay in. Also it smells like weed and cigarettes absolutely everywhere. Everyone is smoking inside their units. What you see on the tour is not at all how you will live!! There’s also not 1/3 as many parking spots as they need. The surrounding buildings are packed with cars from this complex and always getting towed. If you don’t wanna spend $200/month on a garage, you’ll be walking half a mile to and from your car. I’ve lived at low income complexes that are so much better than this one. This place is horrible Edit after seeing their response: Don’t tell me to reach out when i’ve been waiting for you to reply to my email for a week. You’ve been here 4 times to try to resolve this issue. Corporate BS reply.

We lived at Elevate Apartments for two years (May 2024 to June 2026), and overall it was a great experience. The location is one of the biggest advantages — Walmart is within walking distance, and plenty of restaurants and shops are nearby, which made everyday errands very convenient. Maintenance was consistently good. The staff was very responsive to maintenance requests, and issues were resolved quickly. The apartment furnishings look premium, and the premises are kept clean — I regularly took my kids for walks around the community without any concerns. The management staff was always friendly, helpful, and understanding. On two occasions I had to pay rent late due to a bank issue, and although a late fee was initially added, they removed it once I explained the situation. That kind of flexibility really shows they treat residents fairly. I used the gym for the entire two years, and it was well maintained. I even made some good friends there, which says a lot about the community here. Another thing I appreciated: there was no big rent increase during our entire two-year stay, which is rare these days and made budgeting much easier. A couple of things that could be improved: if you come home late on weekdays, it can be hard to find a regular parking spot. This won't affect anyone who pays for a garage or covered lot, but resolving the open parking situation would make things much better for residents. Also, there is no CCTV on the premises, so if you park closer to the street, I'd recommend using a steering wheel lock for extra peace of mind. Overall, I'd highly recommend Elevate Apartments — convenient location, responsive maintenance, clean premises, stable rent, and friendly, understanding management made our two years here a positive experience.
