  My introduction to Max and the Wells Group began April 2024. He was one of eight agents I interviewed for a potential home sale. Max stood out at the top as a go-getter who performed quick and diligent research, presented a quantitative market value assessment and shared creative ideas for his marketing plan, staging and photography – which was incredible considering the challenge. Max’s positive response and offer to help in any way regardless of not earning the contract kept him on my radar for future needs. Two years later and with winter fast approaching we called on Max to help us find our ‘last chapter’ home. Even with limited property availability Max remained positive and encouraging that the right place was out there to be had. He had a good handle on the ebb and flow of the realty market and of property value and pricing. He is extremely knowledgeable and did a great job of researching and finding the answers to our wide variety of questions. Lastly, he didn’t waste our time by taking us on endless home showings that didn’t make sense, rather he let us lead the way and helped narrow down our search to match our needs. Max makes himself available, is patient, encouraging, humble and always on time. And he has a wonderful support team. April 2026 and we landed our desired location….THANK YOU MAX!
