  Nicole helped my partner and I find and purchase our first home. As first time home buyers, it can be overwhelming but she educated us on the entire process. She was with us every step of the way, making it smooth and almost easy! The market moves fast and she helped us get the offer in right away. She is straightforward and honest which means the world when making such a big step. I would trust her with anything!

  Nicole was so easy to work with, she was very responsive and helpful for me as a first time homebuyer. She answered so many of my questions, and helped me find an amazing spot in a really tough housing market. I would highly recommend nicole if you are looking for a laid back, relatable, efficient and knowledgeable relator in Durango!
