The management team doesn’t do anything. They assign you a parking spot but don’t document any of them and who their assigned to so they give out one space to multiple people and all the tenants get frustrated about people parking in their spots, the maintenance team left dirty water sitting in my failed washer machine for a week which did stink very bad at the end of the week, they don’t process automatic payments and you get late fees, the washers and dryers next door don’t work, they leave out a lot of fee info when signing your lease and you get surprised with all these additional fees, the staff here are the laziest people I’ve ever met in my life. They claim they’re not short staffed but yet they never get anything done. The keys don’t work, the pin pad to let you in doesn’t work, postage companies skip our location because they can’t get in. It’s a horrible place to give your money away to. And the staff just let your complaints go through one ear and out the other. Just a horrible experience and then they get mad at you cause you’re frustrated with the poor results they produce. Worst situation I’ve ever been in. I should have told that company owner when he was in the office that day. That guy needs to know what’s really going on here. He has a team that’s only here to receive a paycheck, not give a damn and go home.
Update:
Why would I do that? I’m literally repeating myself redundant information to the same people, only this time in an email instead of in person.

I love the Sloan’s lake area and had really high hopes after looking online at these apartments. However, I watched the woman in the leasing office not answer the phone when we tried to call for our appointment to be let in, no one gave a call back, and during the virtual tour, the lock didn’t work and we weren’t able to get in. Needless to say, if that’s the first impression, you would think they would do everything the can to get people to move there.
I've been a resident for a while (since I moved to Colorado) and I'm hesitant to move because of the location, proximity to work and downtown. Management has changed hands quite a bit but it hasn't really gone downhill. There was construction going on for a while and it is highly unfortunate that the taller, adjacent building basically cut off any light that was coming in for the street facing apartments, but that has been the biggest downside to my time at X at Sloans. Current management is decent, have been putting out events to build community. Maintenance is competent and timely - Yuri and Albert are great. Did a terrific job installing a new AC and fixing the fob sensor on the door!

X at Sloan's already seems like an amazing complex. Amy is a fantastic leasing agent who quick with any response or help that I needed. The move in process was seamless, and the front office is very communicative. Excited to take part in future community events.

Even though I’m relocating from Texas, Chelsea made me feel so nice and welcomed, providing me all the information in which I’m needing! Making me feel a part of the community
