  Muy buena atención de las personas de la oficina, me atendió ayer la señorita Claudia Muñoz y solo estaba aplicando, ojalá podamos vivir ahi, me gustó mucho la atención de ella y el lugar muy bonito.

  I used to live here, worst place if your not white or spanish, took them almost a whole year to look at my leaking AC in my storage closet,my youngest son and I both have asthma, my son and I both got very sick to the point I couldn't work and for months we was not getting better, to the point I was unable to work from being sick with multiple ER visits and doctor's couldn't figure out why, until my doctor suggested that we replaced the air filters, the apartments didn't want too and told me its fine even after my doctor gave me a letter to give to them because we was having breathing and other health problems we never experienced before, after i went out and got a new one my self and we still didn't improve,my doctor suggested that we may have black mold in our apartment and wrote another letter for me to give to the office explaining that they should test for black mold,they didn't want to test for black mold as well they wouldn't let anyone I tired to hire to come test my apartment they denied em the authorization needed to test for black mold, long story short I lost my case in court because they lied said they did have someone test for black mold and my apartment didn't have any, a week after court they sent someone to finally come repair all the water damage in my storage closet amd what do you know black mold everywhere. My son and I still have breathing problems till this very because of this, so If your getting sick this is why.

  Horrible lugar, no regresaria a esos departamentos, llenos de cucarachas y muebles de la cocina que se caen a cada rato. Los de mantenimiento se demoran en arreglar las cosas, pagas para tener un lugan donde estacionar, y nunca hay parking en las noches, te amenazan con llevarse tu auto, pero otras personas que no viven ahil estacionan sus autos y no pasa nada. Te ofrecen muchas cosas, y nunca cumplen, dicen tener laundry, y para cerrado, te otrecen el gym, y se demorar meses en entregarte una tarjeta. si estás pensando en mudarte, considéralo una y mil veces, pero si no tienes otra opción, no pagues el parking, de todas formas te amenazan y nunca hacen nada...

  Hay muchos carros sin placas ocupando lugres para quienes si pagamos estacionamientos y muchas beses no encuentras parqueadero y muchos carros sin registrarse estan sin placs y sin pagr nada

  Pésimo servicio , ni hablar de las SEÑORA DE LA OFICINA LO MÁL QUE LO TRATAN LUEGO QUE FIRMAS CONTRATO , siempre te piden que mandes reporta de la situación que tiene el apartamento vienen los trabajadores y luego ya no regresan más , te vompran los servicios el patio siempre sucio nunca limpian y cada vez que van no te dan solución , acá estoy yo dos niños el niño se a levantado con las cucharas en la cama los cepillos de diente llenos de chinches ellos no me pueden cambiar de apartamento y mandan a que vengan a verlo y hacer su reporte y no hacer ABSOLUTAMENTE NADA , espero no borren la reseña porque eso es lo que siempre hacen
