  Ive been living at the Wesley for a year now and my lease is up. I will say that I was here when Leslie was the leasing manager. I was sad to see her leave, but Miss. Jessica………………. Miss Jessica goes above and beyond to please her tenants. Miss Jessica treats everyone fair. She is doing a phenomenal job, especially coming to the community and speaking to residents about our concerns. She takes every complaint and makes sure she follows through. Since Jessica has been the manager. I do feel safer and She has cleaned the community up.

  I just wanna thank Jessica, who was amazing. She made the whole process of moving in a smooth and easy. Informative and actually wanted to get is in this place. She actually treats you like a person and not just a #. Great place and even better experience, thanks to Jessica.

  I’ve lived in this community since 2013. This complex I believe has had three separate separate owners now with Metrex Property Group being the third. They have been here for a year now and the only reason that this complex has improved is because of them. The entire time I lived here the pool was never operational, my work orders were completely ignored, and I have had problem after problem with every single leasing agent. Now within the past year the pool had become operational, bbq pits were added, the concrete in the common area was upgraded and fixed, we have a business center again, and there is a management + Maintanence team that are truly working very hard to keep up with the upkeep of this complex. Plus the way they all are so loving and kind to all the dogs here, especially my own intimidating baby girl, it really goes the extra mile. Kimberley in the leasing office is always on point. She is extremely communicative with me and if I ever have an issue she is the first one to jump up and say let’s see what we can do! Todd is our second Maintanence team lead and every time I see or hear him or his crew they are working on something. He was left with a poor reputation from the first lead guy Rafa but he has definitely started to outshine the old guys rep. I absolutely love living here and hope to stay longer. We all watch out for each other here.

  I love this apartment building! The staff is really nice, as are the residents. Everything works, the property was recently renovated and the rent is reasonable.It's just across the street from the grocery store and Starbucks, and close to the highway, DTC and the light rail. I'd recommend it to anyone.
