Starting from the beginning Mayra helped show me the place, get me approved and made the entire process seem less and hassle free. Beyond the leasing staff, their maintenance team is no joke. Trinidad and the guys keep up on the properties and have a relationship with the tenants. They make sure the dog poo is cleaned and stations are full for us dog parents to clean up. Trinidad has especially taken care of the garage sections. If anyone leaves one open, he’s closing it for us. Makes me feel more secure! No I’m not being paid or get any benefits from this review. It’s an honest look into the staff at the Modern.

From start to finish, they have made the entire move-in process incredibly smooth and stress-free. Marelin is so kind, welcoming, and attentive, and the maintenance team is incredibly prompt and helpful. Everyone truly goes above and beyond to make you feel right at home. This has easily been the best apartment experience I've ever had—choosing to live here was the best decision!
- MHMary HohulinMay 26, 20265.0I’ve only lived at The Modern for about two months but I’ve been reasonably pleased with my apartment. When I first moved in I had a couple of things that needed fixing & maintenance was very prompt to take care of them. It’s not the newest or fanciest apartment but it’s very comfortable & has an excellent location. It’s close to any shopping you could want, Red Rocks is not far & best of all, the Bear Creek Trail is right behind the complex with access only a short bicycle ride down the street! Where the Modern has really excelled however is in the office staff. I’ve mostly dealt with Marelin Araujo who is professional yet friendly and very efficient. I have needed her help several times & she always cheerfully assists me. I really appreciate having a friendly face around the complex.
