  ABSOLUTELY DO NOT DO IT Lived here for two years and it was a mistake signing on for a second year. At least one elevator is broken pretty much all the time. Has been like that for years apparently. Never any proactive measures taken, they just wait for it to break again. They force the communal building utilities onto the tenants while you also have to pay your own individual utilities (will charge you for "communal lights" and "gas used for water heaters") so even if you are gone for a month you will owe at least $100 for the buildings utilities. It is through a company literally called "CONservice". If you try and get out of your lease they will not even respond to your requests. If you use the communal laundry room you're just screwed. They have about 20 machines but only 3 ever sort of work. They have the luggage carts locked away so you will only be able to use those during business hours. I could go on for days about how awful it is and you really don't get any benefits of being "downtown" as practically everything in walking distance is dead. Walls are paper thin would highly suggest anywhere else. Hugh turnover in the leasing office because I can only assume they treat individuals poorly there as well. They shouldn't even have 3 stars and only do because they will literally pay you for a positive review. Dont trust anyone there!

  It’s terrible! No one answers emails or phone calls. I was supposed to move into apartment 3207, but I’ve been trying to reach someone, but I haven’t been successful so far. I received emails to enroll in some services before my move date, even though I hadn’t signed a lease. I wanted to ask questions about these things and other matters, but no one answers the phone. I’m not sure how they manage this place, but it’s terrible.

  Living in apartments with so many units, I can’t imagine how hectic it can be for the maintenance. But can we aplaude Ashley for always coming in a timely manner, very professional, always has a good attitude and smile. Thank you!

  If I could give 0 stars I would. One of the two elevators in the building has been down for about 6 months (constant issue, read other reviews). Last update was 5 weeks ago and said 4-6 weeks. We have not received an update since. However, the other (and again only working elevator) has gone down almost weekly and at the most inconvenient times. This has caused us to miss work, not be able to walk our pets, or get to our cars unless we go down the 20-37+ floors. When we moved in our apartment was dirty and we had to put in so many maintenance requests that we eventually gave up and only dealt with the major issues like appliances not working. Even the things they did "fix" were hack jobs. DO NOT MOVE IN HERE. 4/19/25 update. We are all stranded. Neither elevator is working and they said to call maintenance and no one is answering. 4/23/25 update. I have asked repeatedly for an update on the elevator with no response. Today, we came home to our apartment smelling like chemicals and when we called to inquire as to why.. they told us they used paint thinners next door and to "open our windows to help". We have pets so I hope that helps explain why we are upset. It is now almost 11 PM and we can't rest due to the smell. This place doesn't care about it's residents and it is completely unacceptable for the price.
