  My only goal with this post is to stop an honest, hard-working person from making the same mistake I did, I thought …cheap rent. How bad could it be? The building is absolutely completely INFESTED with ROACHES. The other reviews are not lying. and I wish that was the worst part the neighbors, Blair music as loud as I can possibly go at any given time of day or night the police are constantly here from fighting neighbors to all sorts of other problems. I literally have not been here a month already the police have been here twice. I have ongoing issue with my neighbor about the music. They do nothing about it. They do not care.they take your money and charge you $1200 to break the lease. Oh and good luck getting a hold of anyone in the office because it’s an AI assistant when you call that forwards calls to the office and magically. Nobody is ever there. Nobody in the office cares except for Jordan and I feel terrible calling him all the time Because he’s overwhelmed with the problems and BS that goes on here. I strongly urge any newcomers to read the reviews and and really take a second look at this place do not make the same mistake I did

  Been here almost 5 years now. Management has always been very helpful and Informative. Definitely NOT slum lords. ..gave specific attention to minute details and assisted me through much of the areas I didn't understand Betsy, Thank you (and Adam and Jerome) so much for accommodating my needs and helping me transition. You guys are great 👍

  Muy tranquilo y muy buena ubicación muy atentos los de mantenimiento y los de la oficina.... en especial Elizabeth muy amable y muy atenta muy amigable... no hay ningún problema muy limpios los apartamentos

  I have lived here 2 years and I'm going to move out my apartment keeps flooding it doesn't get fixed im on day 5 without any hot water nobody has called me or anything so I'm assuming it's not going to get fixed the maintenance here is a joke trully the management has gotten better with the new one but its bad nobody want to come home to water on the floor and no hot water
