  Tour and application process was Great! However, sadly the unit I had toured and expressed interest in was offered and secured so was given a different unit. Upon move in discovered pests along with a non working refrigerator. Thankfully that was addressed promptly, now the unsatisfactory and most unbearable is the slow coming of a working a/c in the unit. Day by day it seems to be hotter & hotter with temps averaging 81° to 87° in the unit. This is most definitely frustrating, draining and unsatisfactory considering it has been brought to attention and no urgency to fix. Overall the property is beautiful and community seems nice but it would be nice to see more priority take place with the upkeep.

  Kaiya was amazing with the tour and had me loving the place. She was quick to answer all my questions and made me feel at home. I recommend everybody reach out to Kaiya if you’re searching for an apartment.

  I dodge a bullet by not moving here. It’s been over 2 months and still no refund check for the application I cancelled in early March . Managers say they get back with you but fail to call back

  STRATA maintenance is great. They guys are friendly, do a good job, & my dog loves them. Unfortunately the person who lived here before me left a lot of things filthy & broken. But every time I find something broken & send in a maintenance request, my broken whatever is fixed within a couple days.
