  This is a copy and paste conversation I finally had with a member of staff here after months of being ignored. She immediately ignored me. I gotchu! I was complaining how you know my toilet and drainage in my bathroom wasn't working in November after I first moved in and yall never got back to me until the first and it was ofc about rent, after December 2nd I believe someone came and put a new toilet in, the techs that were here left multiple times with zero communication and left my door open multiple times just coming and going, when they finished around 12 midnight they didn't say anything and left with my door wide open and an obvious mess in the bathroom (still very much mad about this) the guy to fix the heater came the same day and with him it was a very quick fix. He walked me through everything after taking it off the wall and told me to flip a switch, ok np but he left after and its been on the floor since ( communication is very important to me and I realized a while ago spyglass doesn't feel the same way( not disrespectful its the truth I've called multiple times about these things)) ants everywhere, I literally mean I wake up some nights and there on my face in my bed, their in the kitchen, bathroom and room and they first appeared when I first used the heater have stopped using it to try and get rid of them but now ig its warm and they just come out whenever, roaches not so much anymore so ig no complaint there but ain't are disgusting if you are a clean person and move in to a place and they start appearing in your cereal and food you take for work. The past 2 months now I've been having problems with my upstairs neighbors, they literally bang on the floor for hours now they could be children and I usually don't mind but they intentionally do it, hitting the floor over and over again for literal hours some days its at 8pm, or 10pm, or 12pm, and 2 times now they've done it for over ten minutes at 2am in the morning and last week I believe I ordered groceries and I have a picture from the delivery guy and I know he delivered my stuff. I got to get it and everything's gone, now I do not have legitimate proof that they took it but do I believe it was them absolutely. I talked to a new officer person you have last week and let him know that I would be confronting them about these things when I get home and he was very kind and understand. Now I talked to them and im sure they understand my annoyance with them and it is more cordial (you know what I mean) I don't mean to complain about them again but something going on and its a lot the guy slams doors and yells at someone just randomly through the night, every night even after our conversation. OH also I know everyone had training recently with is awesome and good, the communication you all have i just wanna say needs an improvement. If its past the first and I haven't payed rent usually a TISHA SMITH puts a letter on my door explaining to please pay before the appropriate time, now I still have all of her signed papers and they usually say the next month normally around the 16th. Why is it every single day after her note a new note arrives at my door with shorter time, I've said a lot and I'll sum it up to this you cannot give me a paper saying one thing and put another note on usually they day before this new time frame is demanding I pay essentially tomorrow or else now I dont like bullies and I don't know what protocol you all are following but the communication needs to be better. Ive said a lot but I hope you can understand where im coming from with everything I've said and we could potentially continue this respectful conversation, thank you for listening take care.

  Dont move here unless you like taking cold showers, watch people working on broken down cars in the parking lot, listening to loud music from other apartments. Place is a mess and thr management company refuses to fix anything.

  Run away from these dont walk. If I could give this place zero stars I would. Poor management. They Take forever to fix anything and when they do its temporary it doesn't fix the problem and when you complain they'll tell you to just move out instead. Theres mice walking outside. Don't expect to get any mail from usps and mail boxes aren't accessible all packages get returned back to sender font except to get any packages unless its Amazon or ups. All other carriers are denied. The mold is so bad and when you put in a work order all they do is paint over it. The water is brown in kitchen and bathroom. Bedbugs are a huge issue along with roaches. Don't expect them to fix things quickly either. You'll wait your whole lease term or months before they try to fix it. They will have their maintenance and office staff write good reviews to trick you into thinking tenants are stausfied and its all their staff lol 😆 also rats are a problem and they aren't small or tiny either. The size of cats. The plumbing is so bad here too and their excuse is tenants throw cat litter down the toilet so you have to just deal with it. This place should be inhabitable to live in. I moved out and reported them ti the city.

  God awful experience. 10/10 would definitely not recommend living here. I genuinely cannot wait until my lease is up. You can literally be respectful and unproblematic and the office staff will slander you for trying to communicate. It is beyond repulsive the way that the staff treat the people who come in to address genuine concerns for improvement. I would definitely recommend other complexes for those looking to move here.
