  The worst living experience of my life. SOVA on Grant is run by one of the greediest, most uncaring management companies I have ever dealt with. The office staff—and especially Kailia, the property manager—showed absolutely no compassion or concern for residents. In my experience, every decision was about squeezing more money out of tenants, regardless of the circumstances. They changed their portals like 4 times and made it the tenants fault when they had system errors. The amenities are a joke. The hot tub and elevators were constantly out of order. They charge around $100 a month to park in a filthy garage where people break in and belongings get stolen. Even maintenance employees regularly parked in ways that blocked exits. The golf simulator is outdated, and the room gets so unbearably hot that you can’t even enjoy it. For the amount they charge, the building, amenities, security, and management are completely unacceptable. They will look for every possible way to take more money from you while treating you like you don’t matter. I would strongly warn anyone considering SOVA on Grant: do not live here.

  Property: Ideal central, walkable location. Love my bright modern unit, community rooftop, hot tub (hopefully the recent repair fixes the intermittent issues 🤞), sauna, and gym, which is well-sized given the number of residents, and rarely crowded. Maintenance & Care: Common areas are always clean thanks to Miriam, who is so cheerful, hardworking, and thorough. And I've always been impressed with our maintenance crew, who are respectful, fast, and effective. Renewal Experience: A system glitch caused me to receive two different renewal quotes, but Kaila and Raquel quickly resolved the issue to honor the lower/original rate I was given, so I was happy to re-sign. Excited to stay another year!
