  I live at these apartments, so this review is coming from someone who has actually experienced what goes on here firsthand. And honestly, I have never lived anywhere like this in my 55 years. Let’s start with the rent. You’re charged fees for things that don’t even exist, including a pool that isn’t there. Our rent has rarely been the same amount twice, and there always seems to be another “mysterious” charge or fee added. When you question or dispute those charges, the front office seems to come up with explanations on the spot, yet somehow there is never any paperwork or documentation to back them up. The worst part is that once you sign that ridiculously long lease, you’re basically trapped—and they know it. They have your signature, your money, and very little incentive to make things better. The area itself is another problem. My car has been broken into and things have been stolen. There are homeless people literally living inside the walls of the property. The entire place feels neglected and run into the ground. I could probably write 100 separate reviews about the things I’ve experienced here, and every one of them would be a different horror story. This isn’t one bad experience or someone having a bad day. This has been an ongoing nightmare. If you’re considering moving here, be extremely cautious and read every single part of your lease before signing anything. Don’t let the appearance or promises convince you to rush into a long-term financial commitment. As for me, the second my lease is up, I would honestly rather be homeless than spend another day living here. Who knows maybe I will just live in the walls too

  I’m so excited to move into our 2 bedroom spot that McKayla got my boyfriend and i hooked up with. She has been so amazing during this transition for us and so nice and funny and kind. Thank you so much for recommending a spot that didn’t need as much repairs as the one that we were going to grab. She took what was important to us and made sure we had the perfect spot to accommodate all of our needs. Thank you thank you thank you so much McKayla!
