Since moving in, I have encountered multiple issues, including concerns about concrete settlement and what appears to be a sinking garage floor. I reported these concerns through the warranty process, but I do not feel they have been adequately addressed. This review reflects my personal experience as a homeowner. Based on my experience, I would not purchase another home from them and cannot recommend them.

I have attempted to have work done, and their “trades” they schedule have no showed now 4 times. Absolutely ridiculous, and extremely frustrating after purchasing a brand new home.
- TJTerry JohnsonSep 11, 20201.0Responsiveness is not existent. I've been in my new build for 3 months, and in the middle of my 2nd major water damage claim due to their shoddy construction. Homeowners have to constantly chase down their warranty division to try and get anything done. Prospective home buyers from Richmond should familiarize themselves with the Colorado Construction Defects law. Richmond isn't going to do anything to make things right unless faced with litigation.
